I love the Jewel Match games, and this one is another great addition to the series. The best match-3 games on Big Fish. Beautiful new scenes to build and gorgeous music.

This game is so good! It already has a ton of content and now the collector's edition adds more than 100 new levels. It's really addicting trying to get a perfect score on each level, I can just zone out for hours. Music is great. Graphics are great. Can't recommend it enough.

I love the Jewel Match games so much, and this is the best one yet. They are the pinnacle of match-3 perfection. The feeling of zen as you get into the groove is unmatched by any other games.

Wow, Silver Tale is really fantastic! I was expecting another game like all the other match-3's, but this one actually does a lot of new and interesting things. It has some similarities with Runefall, which is made by the same developer, but the main mechanic is very different. The boards don't move when you make matches like they did in Runefall, but you can move around between different boards so the levels are larger than the screen. Plus it uses a more relaxing moves limit (instead of a time limit), so it doesn't feel as stressful.
I love that all the levels are on a map and are replayable, so you can go back to replay levels to find items you missed, or to get a higher score. There are tons of collectible items to find in levels, treasure chests to open with keys, special veins that hold extra resources when you match next to them, obstacles that you have to find specific items to get past. There are also alternate types of levels... some are like puzzle levels where you have to remove all the pieces from the board, and there are cave levels where you have to dig down through the dirt (reminds me of the mine levels in Bejeweld 3). And there are levels with portals where you need to drop the special items off the bottom of the board. There's always something to give you a change of pace from the normal levels.
There's even crafting, and quests, and tons of characters with spoken dialogue to meet. I thought Runefall had the most stuff to do of any game I'd played, but it seems like Silver Tale has even more. The map is huge and I've only just explored the first little area of it so far. Can't wait to see the rest!
I love getting a new Jewel Match game each year. They're so relaxing. It's like my zen game. And this one is all spooky just in time for Halloween.
Each Jewel Match game gets a little better (if that's possible), and this one is no different. I love the little extra things that you can buy from the shop to add to each scene, so fun!

This is one of the best match-3 games out there, and now it's remade in HD! Jewel Match has a certain feel to it that is unmatched by most other match-3 games. It's hard to describe, but it just moves so perfectly. There is a zen feeling playing a Jewel Match game, and this is one of the best ones.

This game is mind-blowingly good. There is so much more going on in the levels than any other match-3. Clear ground tiles to find items hidden underneath, collect keys and unlock treasure chests, smash through crates, find items to get past obstacles (like a torch to get through a cave), make matches around veins to collect resources from them, etc. All of that on top of the super cool moving board mechanic... the boards are HUGE!
The game is also really pretty. Super colorful and I think it's actually in full 1080p HD, which is very uncommon for games on Big Fish. Finally I don't have to stretch little blurry graphics to fit my nice big monitor, because, you know... it's 2015!
The voice acting is maybe the best I've ever heard. The story is good, though pretty simple, but the voices just do such a good job of telling it. Very natural sounding, not like someone reading a script like you get from most games.
You get to upgrade a little kinda medieval style village, which is gorgeous especially once you start adding some of the bigger upgrades. Every single upgrade gives you new things like power-ups and new types of match-3 pieces. You even start getting quests later in the game from certain characters to find items in levels.
It's incredible just how much there is to do in this game. Kudos to the developers.

I love the Jewel Match games and this is definitely one of the best. This one uses the larger scrolling boards style like Jewel Match 3, which makes the levels a lot more interesting. But now everything has a snowy, holiday look to it. The sound and music in the Jewel Match games is so zen and relaxing, and the match-3 game play just "feels" so much better than most other match-3's. A great game to relax to.
Excellent followup to the original Farmington Tales

I like the original Farmington Tales a lot, so I kinda expected a similar experience with this sequel. While it seems quite similar on the surface (you return to the same farm with a lot of the same characters), it's actually a much more fleshed out game with a lot more features than the original.
It's winter now, so instead of planting fields all over the farm, you build greenhouses that you can plant inside. There are 13 different types of seeds to unlock that you can plant in your greenhouses.
The biggest change is that the upgrades you build on your farm now have game play bonuses, instead of just being visual upgrades like the original game. So there are tons ways to upgrade your farm, a shop with a huge amount of things to buy, special game play bonuses to unlock, etc.
Also, the market system (how you sell your crops/items) is updated. Now it seems like a cross between the original Farmington Tales market and the market from Tales of Lagoona 2, which is great.
They added full voice acting, which the original didn't have, and it's very very good. Some of the best I've heard.
All of the HO scenes are now re-painted to be winter time and with all new objects. It's really interesting to return to the same location but have it feel so dramatically different from the first game.
Oh, and the quests are HILARIOUS. Do yourself a favor and make sure to read them. Laughed out loud several times.

I was surprised by how much unique stuff this game does. I thought it would be another HOPA, but it's not really. First...you don't click to move around the environment like a typical HOPA, so you're limited only to the important scenes that you need in the current chapter which you can access via the map. It really helps eliminate the feeling of constantly being lost.
It also combines the HO scenes with the adventure scenes so you're basically doing both at the same time instead of switching back and forth between them, which is clever and a bit more streamlined.
The story is somewhat simple (not dark and gloomy), but the voice-overs are VERY well done and it's a lot of fun to meet the various characters. Most game voices come across as very cheesy to me, but these ones just seem extremely professional.
They have a neat thing called BONUS GOALS which are special things you can try to achieve for extra gold. You don't know how to do them until you achieve them for the first time, but it gives you a hint how to do each one. Very fun.
Graphics a very nice and crisp (though some items are occasionally small and tough to see). LOTS of good puzzles. Tons of scenes. I think I'm near the end now, and it's a lot of fun. Highly recommended.
