As I really like the Life Quest games, I thought I'd give this a try. But this game simply disappoints. While the 8-bit animation initally gives it a fun retro feel, it simply doesn't cut it, at least not for me. I have no problem with most games that have such graphics, but something about this game puts me off. The game play is boring, and it simply doesn't keep you interested. I might recommend this game for those 30 or older, as the graphics might entice them more, but this game is, in all aspects, a poor substitute for the Life Quest games. Bottom line, skip it and buy Life Quest instead.
I don't recommend this game.

Clueless
Help Cher make sure that her friends are the most fashion forward in Beverly Hills.
I'm almost ashamed to admit this, but I looooove this game. While I'm really not a girly girl, I have dreamed of having a moving closet like Claire's. (And, in later years, Wall-E's moving storage system in his "house" - holy cow, yes!) So when I saw this game, I immediately tried it. Needless to say, the initial hour quickly ran out, and I wasted no time in purchasing the game. This game stands head and shoulders above all the other doll dress up games I've seen for many reasons. First, and most importantly, the clothes are cool. While I'm not big on the prep scene, all the clothes in the game give me great ideas to design my own clothing from. Further, the characters from the classic movie give it a throw-back to your childhood or teenage years, depending on how old you were when the movie came out. And the game play is designed really well. You progress through levels as Claire's protege, where she gives you a style or two to aim for, and a list of the details that go to the style. Then, you get three models, and a random selection of clothing to dress them with. She then grades your outfits, and the boyfriends give their reactions. It sounds silly and superficial, and it is, but there's something shamefully delicious about this game. My favorite part is that, at the end of each level, every new piece of clothing or accessory you used goes into your closet. Then, you can pick a character, dress them up, give them a background, and take a picture. To me, this is valuable for the fact that it saves it directly to my pictures folder on my pc, so I can then go back and re-create the outfit in real life, for myself. I highly recommend this game for anyone who loved the movie, or loves creating outfits. Give it a go, you might be surprised at how fun it is!

Though the graphics bugged me initally, (and I'm not a graphics person, I'm perfectly happy with most low quality graphics) I really like this game. On one hand, it's your typical farming game, working much like the Facebook games. But on the other, there's a great cast of comical characters that make you want to keep playing. The story line is interesting, and while I typically skip cut scenes in most games, these are short and silly enough to keep me watching. I thoroughly enjoy this game, and have purchased it. I recommed this game.

Another of the plethora of Farm games, this is your run of the mill grow, harvest and sell game. One feature that I find ...weird... is the cross breeding. You combine plants to get new plants, but the outcomes are so ridiculous that I just can't get into the game. To get tomatoes, you cross sunflowers with sunflowers, and so on and so forth. I don't remember any of the actual combinations, but the idea is, tomato + carrot = watermelon, watermelon + sunflower = corn, etc. This may not bother some, but the cross breeding is the basis of the game, and given how random and illogical it is, I have to constantly check the chart to see how to get the right plant. The game progresses slowly, and the payoff is small. Even not considering the cross breeding problem (which is a huge problem), this game is just bad. I'd recommend finding a different farming game, this one is just too poorly made.

I got this game confused with Frogs In Love, a game I adore. This game isn't near as good, but is still kinda fun. You play as frogs, moving them from lilly pad to lilly pad to acquire bugs, flowers, and stork eggs as you make your way to the golden lilly pad. Every time you move a frog, the stork moves the opposite direction. A simple but fun game. I probably wouldn't recommend it, because it's repetitive and gets boring quickly. But if you like the Frogger/Pac Man type games, definitely download the free trial and give it a go.
I LOATHE Match 3 games, so I'm not quite sure why I initially downloaded this one. But I'm glad I did, cause it was a very nice surprise. There's a cute story line, and an island where you get little contraptions to put there. The little balls play on the island between levels, and it's actually fun to just watch that.
The levels are unique and interesting, and as you progress though the game, you "meet" new types of balls that have specific powers. You can only take a couple on each level, so you have to decide which ones will work best for each level.
This game is a very big step up from your typical Match 3.
This is hands down on of my favorite games. I haven't bought it yet, but I do plan to.
It's a bit silly, as it's a lot of point and click, but it's a ton of fun! You direct a colony of artists (my dream place to live) to clean up this disheveled art colony some of their parents had made. I was really bummed when the trial ran out. This is a spectacular game to zone out with. Very fun.
I recommend this game!

Very Challenging! For those who are very good at building games.
I personally don't like this game, but I still consider it quite good. This game is best for people who like games that really make them think. The first few puzzles are pretty simple, but this is one of those games that can get you stuck forever on a certain level if you're just having problems figuring it out. I am definitely not someone who likes that sort of game. But this would be an excellent game for those who do.
This game is pretty neat, and would be quite fun for those who like the gadget/builder/machine games. You have to solve puzzles by using magnets to move things. It gets quite hard, and the biggest downfall is that if you can't get past a level, well, you're kinda done. I didn't even finish the trial as I got stuck, but I don't have the patience for such games.
I recommend this game with reservations. You really have to be the type that likes these games.
I recommend this game!

Jewel Craft
See the beauty within the stones! Learn the ancient art of cutting gems and creating unbelievably intricate pieces of jewelry.
I had high hopes for this game, as I loved the idea of getting to design jewelry. You don't. Maybe I was naive to think that there would actually be some sort of designing involved, but this is a simple match 3 game, nothing more.
I should state here that it's been a while since I played this game, but the basic idea is: The story line is sorta cute, not involved, but interesting enough, I guess. You get an order from a rich queen or something to make her a piece of jewelry. Then you do a match 3 level, and there is a puzzle to match the gems into the jewelry piece. Then she orders another, and you do another match 3 level. BORING.
If you like match 3 games, it's possible you'll like it. I really cant say, cause I find match 3 games to be mind numbingly boring. Hopefully someone who likes the genre will review this soon to give a better point of view for M3ers.
It's been a few months since I've played this, so I can't completely remember all the game play, but this is one of the few I *can't wait* to purchase. It's definitely geared towards girls and people who like the fantasy theme, but it is sooooo fun. Don't knock this just cause it's a hidden object game. I'm really not big on those, but this is one of the few that are absolutely stellar. I'd recommend downloading it, even if you're not that interested, you might be surprised!
