I always look forward to Eipix games due to the high entertainment factor and interesting puzzles. I must have played a different "Moths to a Flame" because this game was the same old, move-a-cabinet-find-a-lightbulb game I've played for years. I didn't find the puzzles interesting or challenging except for the very last series at the end of the game. I'm going to have to play Match 3 games until developers catch up with Amanita, HitPoint, and others. Sorry.
I don't recommend this game.

I've only fully played one episode and am totally addicted to Adera. This game reminds me of "Myst". It has a mysterious quality and the player feels a little anticipation each time he/she enters a new scene. The game runs flawlessly, the graphics are stunning, and there is so much to do and see, I can't imagine ever getting bored. As another reviewer claimed, Adera has and will change the world of gaming. Congrats from a grateful player.
Eipix Games is one of my 3 favorite developers, but Memoirs of Murder was not one of their best. The play mostly consisted of running back and forth to a few locations, games and puzzles were scarce and ridiculously easy, and the story itself was a little weak. It paled in comparison to games like Mystery Case Files: Rewind which blew me away.
Excellent in every way. Turning back time and changing the outcome; who wouldn't be up for that? The graphics were superb and the HOGs were really challenging, as were other puzzles. Nice music, interesting gadgets, several items that needed assembly - I cannot say more. I haven't enjoyed a game this much in a very long time.
I'm not sure why the other reviewers gave this game 5 stars, but I beg to differ. It was fun, the graphics were very nice, but there was nothing special about this game. What was especially disappointing were the HOGs. The hidden objects usually revealed a piece of a larger puzzle. Instead of giving the player another puzzle to solve, the developers assembled it and moved on. I have loved other games by this developer, so I'll just chalk it up to can't win 'em all.
The Treefruitees have had the misfortune of landing in a tree with a cold. The tree sneezes and leaves flutter everywhere. It sounds so simple; just click around in the game and find leaves. But first players must solve some really mind-bending puzzles that challenge from beginning to end. This a game you can really immerse yourself in and time just slips away. I only hope the developer realizes what a gift this game is and creates more.

It's Thomas' birthday and it seems to be going perfectly until he opens a package with no card. What's this? A strange device that opens the secret access to a forgotten room. Thomas finds clues that the woman he calls Mom has been lying to him all his life. Thomas runs away and is followed by his Mother through portals, strange worlds, and, ultimately, smack into his crazy, power-hungry father Kaine. Don't expect a tearful reunion.
What I love about Mad Head games is that they don't let any opportunity for a puzzle or game go to waste. There is something to do or fix or solve at every turn. The games are usually quite long and challenging. And, the roller coaster was certainly unexpected!
I recommend this game!

A famous detective is sought out by the mayor of his town to find his daughter, Anna. Apparently, someone has created puppets/robots who can do all the jobs humans used to do and now the humans are angry. During the search for Anna, the detective learns that the scientists have created a puppet-daughter, Eva, and it's Eva who is causing the destruction. That's about it for story. Why the little girl isn't afraid of PuppetEva is never explained. In fact, the game just came to a sudden stop and everyone seemed to be happy. When I first started playing HOPs, I would have rated this game 5 stars. But there are better games out there now. These puzzles were simple, not very original, and HOPs were standard fair. If you've only played a dozen or so games like this, I could recommend it highly.

Hoo-rah! Back to the old days, with challenging puzzles, great HOPs, lovely story and logical transitions. Ben and his wife Elizabeth were in a car accident and she comes to him in dreams, trying to lure him back to her. The story isn't at all sappy, but you really begin to care about the characters. This game is not at all like the "phoned it in" games we see so much of. It's much, much more and a pleasure to play.
The developers of this game must be under a great deal of pressure to turn out new games because this one appears to have been phoned in. The game was short, the puzzles extremely easy (on Advanced play), and the story was uninspired. Absolutely nothing new in this game. I only gave it three stars because it looked nice, everything worked, and I was entertained for a few hours.
