I like all the Vermillion Watch games! They always seem to come up with doing old puzzles in a new way. Plus, I like all the old school horrors (vampires, witches, ghosts, werewolves, etc.) The graphics are always good as is the story line. Try the demo, judge for yourself.

Is this edition the same as all the Puppet Show editions - yes! But you know what, I love all the Puppet Show editions. The Steampunk vibe is great and those creepy little spider/baby characters still make me smile. Bought every one of the series, and I shall buy this one too!
Set your clocks back on this one. Reminds me of the original games that were put out. Slow does not quite cover it. Could not get out of this game fast enough, and no I did not play any of it. It lost me during the painful introduction and first few scenes.

Not a normal reviewer, but after seeing one good review and one pan, thought I would put my 2 cents worth in. Found the game fun and the story line good. I would say definitely try the demo for yourself. I did not find the dialog that long either. Played the demo through to the end.
Wow, kind of felt like I was going back in time playing this one. The storyline and the way it unfolds is really lame. Would never pay CE price for this one. Maybe on a rainy day, I was bored and it was on sale for $2.99. Sorry BF not one of your best games.
I don't recommend this game.

The game was OK, but definitely not worth a Collection Edition's price. The demo was over in no time at all. I would probably buy it when it reaches a $2.99 special. Sound, graphics, story line were all just OK. Can't say anything more about it.

First, I never do reviews, or buy games because of them, but I think this one got a bum rap. I played the demo and thought it was a good game. There are a lot of HO scenes in it but you usually get something you need from them. The story line is very good. The hint recharges quickly. Always try the demos and make up your own mind if you like the game or not.... just saying :-)
