I complete the game on normal difficulty, tried hard and easy and then became sure: I hate it. It's pity there was only 1 bad review when I bought this game.
Video is lovely. Story is nice for me due we can negotiate with native instead of killing them. Otherwise it's silly - cavemans (we don't kill 'em, just frighten) in the world of Indians, Indians don't value gold and store it in pots and we smash pots to collect gold, etc.
Gameplay is terrible. It's remember settlers if ever play some - have to build structure to explore next territory, chain of productive buildings. But there is only one way to win, you have to click fast, collect gold with main character and build buildings in 1 sequence (better to follow advices in game than think on your own). Otherwise out of time. This is 'fast click game'. The only real strategy challenge is 'let's find the fastest way to collect all this undeground gold' - and click, click,click on pots and gold piles.
When I tried this game, I was sure: 1st levels are just for tutorial, next give more freedom and fun. I mistaken.
I don't recommend this game.

This is old style adventure, not modern moving from HOS to HOS looking for other tool or piece of strange lock. There are many dialogs, much moving from scene to scene, no journal with tasks, no hints, no HOS, no skip button . Story is cute, nothing dark otherworld creatures.
I recommend this game, if you like such games. Gameplay was a pleasure to feel nostalgia for something old-old, that even don't work now. Player need to think where to press sometimes, even in menus. Puzzles and tasks wasn't hard too mostly. I was stuck few times only, used Blog Walkthrough. Had some video problems with this game, nevertheless I love it really.
I recommend this game!

I fall in love with this game, it worths CE for me completely. I played on Expert mode (no sparkles,much-click penalty, long hit recharge), used hint few times only (and you can't get much from hint on expert - if there are nothing to do on current and adjacent scenes, hint shows on time device only and you have no real clue were to go), never used skip button.
At first I was sure it's other dark mystic terrifying game I'll delete after 5 try minutes as many other, but I gave it a chance - and game took me completely instead!
- I'm ready to give 6 stars for fun
- The story is amazing for me, bonus chapter unexpected and cool.
- I like that idea with time device - saves from long travelling, and add some fun game moments like doing some at past changing current time etc.
- art level is nice for me, but some scenes were too dark and hard to play in broad daylight
- music suits the game completely, I like it
- 1st such game when I liked HO scenes really (they annoy me mostly during adventure, I prefer pure HO games). Some HO scenes used twice - I like this. Interactive objects at HO scenes ware really fun sometimes. Player can play mini game like match 3 instead of HO scene, every win reveal 1 HO object
- puzzles and mini-games were OK
- only 1 thing was annoying - sometimes the only thing player can do is new HO place, appeared after solving some problem, and there are no clue were it is, we can only walk throw places and times looking for it;
- this game isn't for family playing, the story line and some scenes is a bit fearful for small kids (nothing really terrible or unsuitable, but this isn't game for play with my 5 year son on my knees)
- I give 4 to level of challenge because I'd prefer it would be a bit harder
- long enough and I want continuation!
I recommend this game!

I love gameplay here really, but storyline and some art are TERRIBLE . Such historical trolling is annoying:
- Cesar's only daughter Julia married Pompey the Great as political deal between to men and dead soon after unsuccessful childbirth - there WERE NO and COULD NOT BE such romantic story;
- such clothes on Roman god's statues (we got them for excellent time) are nonsense. Jupiter in loincloth???
If you hate like me when devs take real historical names missing or trolling historical spirit - try other TM series. Otherwise this is fun game, yes. Relaxing mode is nice for kids - no time limit.
I don't recommend this game.

The game is good for 'time waste quick clicking game', but low resolution is annoying. Fun match pairs game really. I played only few levels and level of challenge was OK, guess it can rise later and makes game really good and even challenging. But I did not find any time management except time bonus for quick solving all pairs. If there would be no problem with resolution - I'd give 4 or even 5 stars depending on visual quality and buy it. Try it before buying.
I recommend this game!
