The graphics are a bit blurry even though colorful but it's a split story and there's really little backtracking, differently from the previous one. Sparkles even in normal mode.Quite deceiving in my opinion.
Even though the HOS are varied and slightly interactive this game is a split story with no backtracking. It has just one game mode and long pauses from a scene to another one.
I love Dark Parables series but this is the one I like less. Though graphics, FROGS and puzzles are nice as usual and there is a plus feature in the custom mode, the story is quite split and the game is not as long as the others.
This is an extraordinaire huge game full of everything. I'm yearning this wonderful series, the best ever in my opinion. I keep on playing it and I keep on enjoying it. Stunning graphics, wonderful FROGS, interesting and original puzzles, morphing objects very difficult to spot, wonderful plot, exceptional lenght and backtracking. The only complaint are the sparkles even in advanced mode.
I'm playing this game but I'm afraid I won't be strong enough to complete it: every single fragment of the plot brings a bit lower the level of the game. During these years I've bought many unpleasent games but this is maybe the most boring. I think that BFG should specify in the description of the game if we're talking about a split story or not. I've loved the first Amaranthine and I was hoping in something similar with the sequel: I was dramatically wrong.
Dark Parables is my favorite series : beautiful graphics, well done HOS, interesting puzzles, morphing objects, length and a good amount of backtracking. The only complaint here are the sparkles for the HOS even in advanced mode and the lack of full screen on my laptop.
Great graphics, well done HOS, interesting puzzles, length, morphing objects and a good amount of backtracking. The only complaint are the sparkles for the HOS in normal mode.
Wonderful graphics, well done FROGS, original puzzles, good length, morphing objects and a good amount of backtracking. The only complaint is that there's just one game mode.
Great graphics (too bad for the long pauses from a scene to another one), well done HOS, nice and easy puzzles, length and a good amount of backtracking. As there are no achievements or collectibles, not worth a CE.
Louis the Clown and Mr. Dudley are back in an all-new adventure! Travel through the dark corners of history's most famous fairytales to rescue children trapped in a frightening netherworld!
This game seems to be created by two different designers: the first part has blurry graphics but the fun factor is high because of the good amount of backtracking, the second part has great graphics but the challenge is brought down by the split of the game structure.
