If you enjoy jigsaw puzzles or geometric puzzles, there is a good chance you will enjoy this. The graphics are very high quality and the puzzles are challenging without being impossible. I have had a lot of fun playing this.
This game is a strange visual experience, with amazingly surreal scenery. The puzzles are hard enough to be a real challenge, but have logical solutions. This game is very different and well worth exploring.
The game has some good elements, with the resource "building" element being well thought out, but gets very repetitive and easy towards the final levels. Mildly enjoyable, but not great. The dialog between scenes is terrible, best ignored.
I only got through about 10 minutes of the free trial, so the game might get better, but I doubt it. The artwork is pretty, if cutesy, but the level of gameplay is clearly designed for young children, not adults. Even for children, the game is simplistic.
Return once more to the haunted grounds of Ravenhearst Manor to uncover new details about this poignant saga. What you find could very well be the final chapter of this riveting story-if you escape.
Not enjoyable to me, but can see the appeal to others

I really didn't enjoy much of this game, except for some of the mini-puzzles, which were engaging. The morphing objects did not appeal, and a lot of the story line was pretty much aimed at the "gross out" factor. Based on this I'd give it 1 star. That said, the game had a lot of detail, lots of very impressive graphics, the "logic" of the gameplay was well thought out (if unpleasant) and the implementation was high quality. For these reasons I am adding a couple more stars.
If you enjoy the hidden object games for the hidden objects, then this one is for you. The other puzzles were mostly pretty easy, and there is no "find an object and use it elsewhere" type of gameplay. The plot is pretty thin, mostly just an excuse for the HO scenes, but I enjoyed the Hidden objects. I also really like the unlimited mode, and the "bonus" objects you can purchase that change the hidden object mode.
