remember the seals are a round state seal of florida. They look like a round stamp, not actual seals. I'm having a glitz with the game at level 14.....it won't progress and allow me to open 15. I have finished 1 - 14 and gathered all seals and flags. No clue as to what to do next
I recommend this game!
