Austin is a fun guy who takes care of the garden and the dog which you get to name.
You have fun restoring the garden by choosing different items to restore - the pathway, the fountain, the swing, the lawn, ...etc. Each item restored has three choices - each one more expensive than the first.
The object for Austin and his player is not merely to restore the garden but to win the gardening club contest for the best garden. Does he make it ?

I understand that a lot of people do not like selling the same objects day after day in order to make enough money for a clue or a trip or even to buy another store but that is what makes it all worthwhile to me.
You also get to go various locations around the world before you finally unravel the secret and discover the ancient digs and make the important find that no one else believed in.

I own both Life Quest and now Life Quest 2 and I can say that this game is one that you will want to play over and over again. It has different characters and avatar heads and wonderful challenges for the players and after a certain period of time -the player is shown how well he or she has done and how many challenges he or she has completed and what their score is up to that point.
I recommend this game!
