By far, my favorite in the series.
The match-three portion is challenging, the puzzles take some doing to beat and the story line is cute.
I have just one complaint: no matter what I do [and I've played the game numerous times] I simply CANNOT win 35 chests in the 1 minute challenge. Is it even possible???
Still, that hasn't stopped me trying and I've played this game over and over and over. And over.

First of all, this is a great game and, if you like complicated story lines, will bring you hours of fun. The rules aren't difficult to learn and, aamof, there are walk-through's available around the web so you can get hints if you want to.
That said, I want to address one point that someone mentioned in the reviews that, he said, led him to give it 2 stars: When you leave the game, the characters continue doing what they do -- so, when you return, they've made progress. But, if you plan to be gone for a long time, you could return to find everyone dead. The people do age and die over time, after all. But there's a way around that problem: Click on menu / settings and you can set the pace of the game. Coming back later today? Set it on the "fast" setting and, when you return, the characters will have accomplished a great deal. Set it on "pause" and no time will have passed. There are 4 settings altogether.
In any case, there's no need to give up on the game if real life gets in your way. I just thought I would mention it as it was a complaint made by another commenter and, since the problem doesn't actually exist, I didn't want it to deter others from trying the game.
The legendary hero Hercules and his wife Megara are back, ready to embark on their next adventure! Restore the world's beauty and save Mother Nature from destruction!
I loved the previous games but I'm glad I waited to buy this one till after playing a while. So I'm asking: why did the developers fix something that wasn't broken?
My second question: is there some way to disable the feature that has the characters jumping up in your face telling you what you need to do next? If you have ever played a TM game, you KNOW what you need to do next - - and this IS, after all, the 4th in the series. Most folks will have played at least one of the previous games, right? So they don't need to be told, "Clear this rock," or "Build a gold mine," after having cleared their way to it.
I think I'll pass on this one - and if the 5th in the series pulls this stunt, as well, I probably won't buy it either. I let the characters do their thing without my interference and would appreciate the same in return.
