Big Fish Games has BIG problems

I actually liked this game; not 5 star worth, but maybe 4. But I could never download the entire game due to the "upgrade" of the website. 6 days and counting for Big Fish Games' s"best customer service Guaranteed!" to respond as promised on its website. The site has my money. I don't have the game.
