I wish I hadn't bought the collector's edition; it just wasn't worth it with no bonus chapter to play. Some of the puzzles are easy; some are so time consuming to figure out that I just skipped them. The story is ok although there's a lot of items to keep track of in the inventory & it's annoying to pick up items that seemed preposterous due to the unlikely locations. For example, you find a new package of nylons in a location filled with hot lava? I loved the Four Horsemen but for me, a collector's edition needs to come with a bonus chapter. I don't want to buy a collector's edition just to search for morphing items that will only enable a bunch of extra puzzles. I mainly play these games for the story lines and like a good balance of puzzles and some hidden object scenes. The hidden object scenes are not usually my favorite but the scenes are not the usual junk pile searches and require a little brain usage. The video cut scenes were my favorite thing in this game & the game itself is very long; it took me all day to finish it. I do recommend it but only as a standard purchase, not a collectors edition.
You were just about to relax with a good book when a stranger leaves a baby on your doorstep.

I don't post too many reviews but this game had great cut scenes, great voice overs, great music and even a couple songs that I think were written and sang just for this game. I was impressed! Great story line, graphics, nice length...I'm not crazy about HO scenes but these were interestingly done. There's not one bad thing I can say about this game. Loved it!
I recommend this game!

Excellent cut scenes, beautiful scenery, great story line, origami to pick up for a little extra bit of fun. Good length, good story line. I think I'd play this one again just to see if I could find the rest of the origami that I missed the first time. The HO scenes had a twist to them that made them interesting to do. I don't usually review too very many games and this one was worth it!
I recommend this game!
Be careful what you wish for... A deadly bargain has been made, and it's up to you to set things right before your nephew pays the terrible price!

Graphics were nice, map is very helpful, story line is good, hint recharges quickly. I don't give reviews often and this is 5 stars definitely for me! Nice length, at the least 6 hours. My favorite Grim Tales so far.
I recommend this game!
Track a mad man across time and investigate a gristly murder from the past!

I don't post very many reviews but I have to say that this game had a great story line and I enjoyed it all the way till the end. Nice graphics and loved following the clues. Not too hard but not too easy to cause you to lose interest. There are dream catchers to find to earn hints but I didn't ever come close to using them all, in fact, I still had over 20 left till near the end. I give this game a definite 5 stars and I don't do that very often at all.
I recommend this game!
Take a wild ride into terror and trickery to rein in a ghostly secret! Discover the truth from the ghost stories before it's too late!

This game has great story line and I could hardly quit playing it. It is the best western/horse themed game I've ever played. Great voice overs, graphics, adventure and long length of play time. The ONLY drawback is the hint system which consists mainly of calling your contacts and they give you a sort of hint to help you on your way. It wasn't very helpful and I resorted to a walkthrough quite a bit about half way thru till the end, but that's ok, was completely worth it.
Help Sam rescue his love Anna in Brink of Consciousness: Dorian Gray Syndrome, an incredible Hidden Object Puzzle Adventure game!

A must buy! Great voice acting, please play with speakers on. Puzzles were challenging, did skip a couple. I didn't need a walkthrough till near the end though. Lots of backtracking. Hints only help you while in a room that has something that needs to be done. Map is very helpful though. Lots of different areas to investigate and good graphics. HO scenes were good as well. Not really any cons with this game. Enjoy!

Appraise Malgrey Castle, learn about it’s enigmatic inhabitants, save your boss, and learn what drove your co-worker mad!

This game was fun. The hidden objects parts were interesting, great graphics, and the characters were defintely quirky! I just loved this game.
If it didn't work for you, check the technical info page. I had problems with some games until I did windows update and now games that had not worked well are playing perfectly.
