This was a shocker for me from the start. I just purchased the game straight away without any trial because I have always loved this series. I honestly don't get the logic of making her old It plays like someone just threw this together without a story line or plot. I'm planning on playing this again to make sure my brain was in the right place that day, perhaps now that the shock is over it will make more sense.... we'll see

I have to admit I was surprised that I actually enjoyed this game. I didn't feel the need to rush to finish it due to brain numbing boredom. I enjoyed the story and I think the colours helped to keep me engaged This is a not a hard game to play ..... the puzzles are not difficult and I felt there weren't to many HOS ... what are there, are fairly standard ... If your a new comer or a person who enjoys beautiful scenery and a easy lazy day.... try this one ... actually try before you buy

What's not to love about this game! The puzzles were different the story line "which by the way is important", was well thought out. The graphics were crisp and clear, not over or under done. Sounds a little Goldie Locks but it was to say the least, one of the best games I've played so far this year. If your a puzzle person you'll enjoy it and I think too the HOG's will agree it has something for all of us. N'uff said .... just weighing in :-)

I actually liked this game after yesterdays frustration. I was ready to throw my laptop across the room! (Gothic Fiction: Dark Saga Collector's Edition) in case your interested. This Paranormal Files has enough hidden object scenes for those who seem to like them and mini games for those of us who prefer those instead. The game has a great story and kept me invested and not bored in the least. It should be said that this is not what you would call a challenge but an easy flow with great but fairly common puzzles and a linear game play. I will absolutely play this again someday.
There were parts of the game that were amazing but honestly most was just so convoluted and beyond frustrating. You spend eighty percent of the game lost because the map is useless and not at all interactive. Needless to say you forget where your going and by the time you find it, you forget what needed to be done when you got there! It's absolutely nuts!! It's as if Dr.Jekyll and Mr Hyde created this. I wanted to like this the game so I hung in there as long as I could but near the end I just said.... enough... and delete, delete, delete! I should have download the trial version first.
