This was the first CE that I purchased, at full pice, and I was disappointed.
The scenes were great. The HO was okay, but not too difficult. I would even say that this could be a beginner game because it was that easy. The sound was muted most of the time, from what I did listen to, I can't complain, it wasn't like a bad kung fu movie or anything for the voice overs so I'm happy about that.
Around the middle of the game is where it got interesting for a moment, but then it fizzles again. However, I did like that we got to choose between the mirrors, which could change the ambiance of the scenes. I also enjoyed the Bonus of this game too, it was fun switching from Snow White to Hansel and Gretel. I wonder which fairy tale will be next.
Overall I would recommend this to a beginner or someone who is looking for a some good artwork but not to someone who's looking for a challenge.
I kind of liked this game until near the end. I hate going back and forth between like 15 different screens because I am playing these on a laptop, and I found that with this game I had to click back and forth alot. However, I cant blame the game for that.
Its difficulty level was average. The graphics were good. and I kept this game muted, so I cant judge the sound.
Overall, there was nothing that really stood out on this game to me. I would recommend it to someone who just wants a few hours of escapism, but its not overly moving.
I love, love, love this game. The game was a challenging, yet not too hard. The graphics were up to par, and the sounds were good too, this is actually 1 of 4 games where I didn't mute my computer.
I loved that we not only had the HOs, but also the side game of collecting cards in order to complete the game. It also made me think a little more and took me longer than a few hours to complete the game.
I would definitely recommend this game to anyone looking for one to play. Looking forward to the sequel. I wonder how that one will hold up.

I did not like this game one bit. To me, it was more of a chore than it was relaxing, especially since this game would rarely recognize when I had clicked on something so I would have to click the same item about 10 different times before it would register. The game was a little challenging so that part was good.
The graphics were okay, seemed a little outdated to me compared to other games that I have played on BFG. The story line was a little hard for me to get into, but that may be just my opinion. I didn't care for the sound effects, so I just muted my computer.
Overall, I would say I would say it was a good investment because of the sale on CEs and the difficulty of the game, but if it wasn't on sale I would have been very disappointed in the end.
