based on all except the bonus game ... i enjoyed the storyline most ... artwork and animation was not the highest level ... but there were many different scenes to navigate to, something that i look for in a game which keeps my interest ... the gameplay was good ... HOs and mini games pretty good ... i just was intrigued by the storyline and the shifting into the aquatic figure .. no technical difficulties once i adjusted my screen resolution ... a solid four stars and i had fun!
I recommend this game!

so intriguing ... love the GAME play ... lots of interesting mini games ... but the best part is the storyline and the sinister game master ... characters are so life like ... high quality artwork, music, voiceovers and animation ... based on demo ... i am READY for the GAME! ...

almost finished with the game ... i just ADORE the characters, their otherworldly look and the unique storyline ... love traveling thru the various portals and different environments ... the HOs and mini games are great ... and i look forward to more of this genre ... bravo!

based on the demo ... i rarely give a negative review, but i just didn't care for this one at all ... the hos are typical, the mini games are not intriguing ... the visuals leave a lot to be desired, and the STORYLINE .... o my ... yes the WITCH (woman) is always EVIL ... and the MEN (religion) have to kill her ... give me a break ... don't we have enough of this in the news today? ... not my kind of friday night game ... just depressingly negative stereotype ... maybe something happens to improve this after the demo ... but i don't want to find out ... sorry ... was going to give it 3 stars just for the work involved in creating the game, but you know what ... NO!... do better than this ... imagination, foresight, creativity, and positivity ...
I don't recommend this game.

one of my top criteria for a game ... the game play is a little unexciting; not exactly slow, but movement from one thing to another needs a little more thought and i like a faster pace ... not talking about technical issues here ... HOs are ok ... not too many mini games; i miss them and would like to see more ... this game stays focused on the strict storyline with not a lot of variety in plot twists ... i prefer when there is more depth to the story, more characters ... i DID enjoy the ghostly apparitions and the truly haunting visuals and animation a lot ... a good four star game ...

love the storyline ... the ghostly father talking, going into the past, the HOs and the eerie quality of the quest ... have played other Grim Tales, but this one is my favorite ... from the trial to the bonus game to the secret room, i was intrigued and kept at attention ... while there weren't as many mini games as i like, i enjoyed what was there ... there were a couple of technical glitches, but nothing that kept me from completing the game ... also the music/audio/voiceover effects were excellent and appropriate for the content ... bravo!

i very rarely purchase a game where there are issues with the cursor ... this one doesn't work well with my tablet; not as bad as some ... BUT ... i am happy to see the editorial direction ... getting closer to the urban paranormal fantasy that i am looking for ... except for the fact that is still put together without the finesse/sophistication that i want and feels juvenile when it shouldn't ... i don't mind the helpers, but i don't want them in every game ... other reviewers claim that there are MANY here ... i found ONLY ONE; the magical assistance of the first fae ... don't know what that's about ... i LOVE the creatures that you meet in the underworld and the fact that a demon is possessing a sister ... so you must rescue her ... the journey to the conclusion is varied but a bit typical of these games ... HOs and mini games are ok; no problems or too challenging ... but not that unique and intriguing ... artwork is good, but soft in some areas ... music is pretty good with some beat and expression; something i really look for ... i would like to see the content explored further and applied to new games ... one step in the right direction for me ... but didn't reach 5 stars ...

based on the demo ... been waiting forever for similar storyline ... love the "order" and the magickal aspects of the world ... artwork is great ... hos selecting pieces of items ... i like that but list of items is fine too; don't have to search for teeny tiny out of proportion items ... haven't seen a strong mini game presence, but will enjoy this one for the content ... woohoo!

EIPEX rarely disappoints and this one is a keeper!
