This is one of the best, if not the best, BF game I have played. The developers didn't just throw something together; they put a lot of time and effort into details. I could bore the reader with this and that were good, but suffice it to say that all the "normal" things, HOS, puzzles, hints, map, etc., are excellent. Then there are all the "extras", which I won't spoil for you by listing them. The period architecture is well rendered, there are live actors and the story is good. The bonus materials in the CE are very good. Don't judge this game by the demo. The whole game is so much more. Super, super game!
I recommend this game!

This game is aptly titled - absurd. It is well-crafted in artwork and production, but I found it to be confusing and at times difficult to navigate - there isn't a map. The HOS objects are also at times difficult to find, but the hint button charges fast. The hints during the gameplay are good without directly stating what should be done. The puzzles are awful with some requiring one to find small circles of a graphic object - really bad! If this game ever becomes an SE, it might be worth considering, At the CE price, it is defintely a no buy.
I don't recommend this game.

This is a well-crafted game with live actors and actual film clips from WWII. The running around is minmal. I would have given this five stars except that it is listed as an HO game, and there isn't a single HOS in the whole game. Plus, the story is very poor with misleading aspects. There is a bonus chapter in the CE version that "explains" some things, but poorly. It is certainly worth playing, but not at the CE price.
I recommend this game!

I really liked this game except I wore out a new pair of running shoes playing it. There isn't a map, but it isn't that hard to get around - and that you must do. I don't think that adds to the game; it detracts. The artwork and HOS are good. I thought the story was kind of lame, but it is just a game, not a novel. A SG is included with the SE version, which helps a lot. If you don't mind wearing out your shoes, this is a great game.
I recommend this game!

This is an enjoyable game, because it is challenging but not overly so. The artwork is good with real actors. The HOS are good with clear objects. The puzzles are OK. There is a map, but it is just basic stuff and not all that useful. The hint button produces a picture of where to try an action and allows a jump to that scene - nice. The game is fairly linear, so not a whole lot of jumping around. The story is mediocre. I found this game a real pleasure to play after playing some that seemed more like work than fun.
I recommend this game!

This is a long and complicated game that has one running back and forth way too much. Most all the objects needed in the game are assembled from little-bitty pieces found in HOS. I found them hard to find - the picture doesn't always match the object. There is a map with some hints, but it is somewhat confusing at times, well, most of the time. Some objects are easy to miss - an oar in a princesses bedroom! There are morphing objects that aren't obvious, but they subtract time from the hint button charging time - dumb. Really dumb is if you skip a puzzle, you get penalized 5 minutes on the hint button. I had the use the walk-through to get through this one. It is a well-crafted game, but very frustrating in my opinion.
I don't recommend this game.

This is a fairly long game with an interesting story. The hint system only tells one what, if anything, to do on that scene, not what else to consider. There isn't a map, but the running back-and-forth is fairly minimal. The VO is written text only. I would have rated the game higher except for the very poor HOS. Get your magnifying glass out and make sure you aren't color blind. This is probably one of the worst set of HOS I have seen. If you can put up with this, I recommend the game.
I recommend this game!

This game looks promising, but it does not deliver. The artwork is OK but not the best. The VO consists of pictures of characters with their mouths flapping and written text. The HOS are bad with hard to find objects - red pepper on a red background, etc. The hint system only works during HOS. There is a magnifying glass that is supposed to show action items, but it isn't 100% accurate. The story is lame at best. I could hardly wait to finish the game.
I don't recommend this game.

This is a well-crafted game, professionaly rendered artwork, good music and live actors. Well, except sometimes the actors become stills as though the developers ran out of budget for the actors. The story is marginal at best. The hint system is top-notch giving excellent clues along the way and charging fast. The included map is not well done providing little assistance. There is a lot of going back and forth (I wish somebody would develop a game that didn't require so much clicking around), and some of the objects used for some situations are laughable and certainly nonintuitive. I would have been lost without the hint system. I was disappointed in this game - such promise, such hokiness. (Is that a word?)
I don't recommend this game.

This game is so bad I couldn't stand to even finish the demo. It looks like what it is - hey, let's make a game based on a popular TV show and it will sell even if the game is lousy. The only redeeming feature I saw is the artwork.
I don't recommend this game.
