Sadly the Delicious series has gone to pay per play on small screens and I was really missing the genre. I was delighted to discover this game that has a very similar game play. It's nice and challenging and the play is quite fast. I've only played a few of the levels so far so haven't seen the whole plot, but it seems a standard 'upcoming chef starts low and aims high' so not quite up to the level of the Delicious games for plot. Great game though. I highly recommend for those missing Emily
It's such a shame. The colours are lovely. It has a very cosy Christmasey feel. The music is beautiful. However, it is FAR too short. I completed it in an hour. There were only four screens in which the whole game took place. I couldn't believe it when the credits ran! I got this on a half price weekend. I was glad not to have paid full price for this. That said, I think it would be a lovely game for little ones. The HO games are easy, and there is no wait time for hints.

This is a simple time management game where you are the chef assembling dishes for your customers. Nothing unusual in that, except that you have to have a mega memory to remember all of the dish combinations! You are given a recipe book with all of the details, but while you are looking , your customers are still waiting and getting increasingly unhappy! A pretty good game, but it defeated me!
I recommend this game!

I loved this game, but like the title of my review says, it was completed far too quickly. There was never the panicky challenge of having to complete a certain level as with Cooking Dash, this made it a lovely relaxing game to play. You may not have made your target for the day, but you still went onto the next day none the less. Customers would get increasingly irrate, but the game was so easy that I don't think I ever lost a customer! Once you get the five stars, I fully expected to go to 'the next level', so I was quite dissapointed to find that was it. Give it a look if you want a game to chill out with, and get some coffee recipe ideas along the way!
