We played this game right the way through and it took 30+ hours of play. There were things I loved about it and things that really frustrated me. Overall, a good way to waste some time but it didn't really deliver the way I expected it to.
-The music is great, so are the sound effects, but some of the important audio is scratchy or drowned out. - It appears to have been condensed for online delivery, which may be why the graphics are pretty poor for a game of this type by today's standards. - A shoddy navigation system and the poor graphics make it infuriating to find your way around some of the many mazes in the game. You can't see where you're going and you'll tear your hair out. Needless time wasting. - The puzzles are challenging which kept me happy. Some puzzles have many steps to them and the solutions are (usually) logical but not always obvious. - The inventory system is of poor design. If you accidentally pick something up when you have something else in your hand, the object you were holding will *teleport back to wherever you picked it up from*. Take note of this and be very, very careful with your inventory unless you want to waste hours of play backtracking.
It is FULL of BUGS! The inventory system (which is not great to start with) will stuff up and bring up a red X in a box, there'll also be ghost items which you've not yet come across - nothing fatal, but annoying and a bit of a spoiler.
There are scripting errors that can end your game entirely. They're infrequent but they're there. Save frequently, for this and for the risk of sudden and unexpected death. Other pop-up error boxes can be bypassed but hint at a complete lack of beta testing. A misty box over many of the puzzles ruins the effect somewhat.
Overall? This could have been an excellent game but shoddy graphics, bugs and a frustrating navigational system take the shine off it. Still very playable.
I don't recommend this game.

It should have! This game is amazing....stunning original graphics and soundtrack, darkly humorous, sort of Tim Burtonesque, while being a real challenge for children and adults alike.
My husband is a structural engineer and wishes this had been part of his degree coursework. One of the only games that truly fits the 'brain teaser' category while being fun. A complete break from hidden objects and match three rubbish.
