I honestly thought that because this was from Blue Tea Games it would just be a fun, fairytale game. Boy, was I wrong! This game is terrifingly scary and twisted and filled with macabre that make your skin crawl. The storyline is off the charts, beyond amazing, the characters are unique, even the bonus games which is called Humpty Dumpty I thought was going to be a funny chapter, was so scary and had such a twist on the original fable! The graphics and the music were enchanting and eerily beautiful and the only thing I didn't like was the ending but only because it felt cut off like it wasn't really an ending. If Blue Tea Games ever decides to do another installment of this series, I would be first in line!
I'm going to start this off by saying that I absolutely adore ERS games no matter what collection and because of that I was surprised that I didn't like this one. The storyline was supposed to give this game a backbone but you don't really find out anything but a bunch of confusing clues, the zoom-in in the scenes was incredibly annoying because it pulled you in while staying in the background (if you've played the game you know what I'm talking about), the graphics were excellent yes, and the collection of knives were cool but the achievements you receive were ridiculous but all in all even if you're looking to kill a couple of hours, I wouldn't suggest this game.
I don't recommend this game.

I have to start this off by saying that I didn't finish the whole game because it was so boring and bland and unimaginative. The storyline if given proper intensity could have given the game a backbone but it's practically nonexistent and weird and the gameplay is so simple, you don't even have to think about where to use the things, it's so easy that after a awhile it just becomes annoying. Even if you're looking to kill a couple of hours, I wouldn't suggest this game.
I don't recommend this game.

I started out playing this game with all the lights on during the daytime because it presents itself as a real scarer and at the beginning you think that it's going to be like that for the whole game but no it doesn't. It quite quickly becomes bland and the main mystery which you're trying to solve gets figured in under half an hour and in fact all you're doing is going around the town looking for your daughter (SPOILER), and at the ending you find out that both of you were transferred to a ghost plane because you, the mother, had died while your daughter remains alive and gets rescued by another living person in the game? I was completely confused. I mean it's a good enough game if you're trying to kill a couple of hours so I'm still going to check the 'I recommend this game' box but this game could have been quite great and it just doesn't live up to its great potential.
This game is quite a scarer but don't let that pull you away! The storyline is incredible, with yourself not only finding out the main mystery you are also discovering each individual's story and boy were they shocking! The mini games and puzzle are fitted with the theme of each character making them unique and the graphics are off the charts! This is definitely one of the best games I have ever played!
I recommend this game!

This game is completely repetitive, boring and confusing. It is supposed to have a storyline but all you're doing is jumping to different scenes that make no sense and the gameplay is bland and drags on and on. I didn't even finish to the end. The graphics are acceptable but it happened once or twice that they put the incorrect thing when you're searching.
You know I adore ERS games and get really excited about all of them so I when I began this story I was really excited and the fact that it was a murder investigation was wonderful. I love murder investigations. And the beginning was so promising. This could have been a huge hit. But this game is way too short, the storyline is extremely confusing and ended abruptly without making any sense, there was a vague hint about prostitution and even the bonus chapter only raises more questions. I was so shocked when the game ended. I thought to myself: is that really it?
I don't recommend this game.

I was honestly expecting something better as a sequel, but I was disappointed. It is exactly the same as the first one with slow loading images and you have to go back & forth from painting to painting, the characters are annoying and the mini-games are so boring, the hint doesn't help AT ALL when you get stuck and the cut scenes are so very long.
I don't recommend this game.

I don't why everybody is raving about this game because I truly did not like it. At first the storyline was what kept me going, but it got bleaker and bleaker and then it was just my stubborness that comes out when a game is dragging on and I'm determined to finish it. It wasn't even fun because the mini games (which were practially non-existent) were boring and a lot of times I got confused where I should go or where to put things. And the scenery was so simple. I guess that's part of the charm but it wasn't anything interesting to look at. Even when you talked to other people it was at best, annoying.
I don't recommend this game.
