I LOVED this game! Everything is excellent; the music, the puzzles, the plot, the cut scenes, the artwork; everything! The ambient sounds were lavish and SO realistic. When you're playing the game and it's raining and water is dripping, I promise you, you'll look up to see if your ceiling has sprung a leak! Even the HOS were incredibly engaging; make sure you peek into any crates or pots and move the curtains and pillows around! The game lasts for hours and hours, but you'll still hate to see it end. Kudos to everyone on the design team!!
I recommend this game!

Enlightenus II: The Timeless Tower Collector's Edition
Clarence Flatt, an expert clockmaker, has asked for your help and has offered you the chance to explore the Timeless Tower!
Instead of hunting for a hidden object in a jumble of stuff, this game gives you strange little things to incorporate into a scene. It's kind of difficult to explain, but the scenes are of different times and places in the past, and you traveled there because you've got to find the missing pieces of the clock maker's masterpiece. You grab the odd little things and float them over the scene until you find something that might match up, but it's rarely obvious. I had a tiny violin to place, and it took me a while to find the "musical squirrel". If you're looking for a break from the typical HOS, you'll like this one!
I recommend this game!

Shadow Wolf Mysteries: Curse of the Full Moon
Called into a small city from the capitol, you have been put in charge of solving a string of mysterious murders!
If you're anything like me, you'll love practically everything about this game. I like to dawdle and admire the scenery, and this one's simply beautiful. The character voices are superb, the artwork is rich and the music is lilting and unobtrusive. You're caught up in the hunt and tripping along, until suddenly-- and I do mean suddenly--the ending smacks you in the face like a wet mop! But all in all, I had a grand time!
I recommend this game!

For me, there is nothing more irritating than a game that forces you to read poorly written 'dialog'. This game might have been fun, but I simply couldn't stomach its mutilation of the English language.Once you slogged through what they were probably trying to say,you realized the sentence itself had absolutely nothing to do with the previous sentence. I jumped out after less than 10 minutes. What a mess!
I don't recommend this game.

What happened here? Good plot, fine art, and spooky background music helped create a nice, creepy atmosphere. But there are so many irritating glitches in the gameplay I didn't even spend the full hour playing. Somebody rush to get it to market, or what? Too bad...
