I am a big fan of the Dark Parables and this latest tale is superb. From the moment you launch the game the quality is clearly evident. A compelling storyline with great characters, a map that's easy to follow and music that enriches the gameplay. For me however it is the colours that make this an outstanding game. They are crisp and vivid and bring life to your screen. The CE is certainly worth the money with the delightful Moonlight Romance tale adding to the enjoyment.
I was looking for a new HO game series and I must say the reviewers are spot on. This is a lovely game to relax into, there is a good story line and music to chill to. It offers a dazzling array of colours and an easy to use jump to map. The CE is full of extras and offers a bonus chapter that complements the main game.
This CE is great fun and excellent value for money. Lovely story line with some surprisingly hard challenges. The ghosts really are a nuisance and the helpers are charming. This is a game for all to enjoy, simple and uncomplicated, what more could you ask for?
As the first in a new series, this game is a fantastic Hidden Object Detective story. There are so many different types of HO to enjoy and the Storyline is both credible and a delight to follow. The developers have brought new life to HO gameplay and I strongly recommend the CE for both its length and challenge. The extras include a Dominoes challenge - beware he is hard to beat!
I have not been moved to write a review for some time but this game is not to be missed. There is a great story with characters you can believe in. The nightmare idea takes the player to a different domain. The puzzles are challenging but not impossible, the growing plant really makes you think. I like HO and all sorts of variations are included in this game, I particularly enjoyed the suitcase challenge. Finally the CE is certainly worth the money, with many hours of absorbing game play.
I recommend this game!

This game is for those who delight in relaxing game play, with crisp graphics and a story-line you can actually follow. The HO scenes are challenging, but not impossible, and the puzzles need some thought. I have purchased all the Dark Parable games and this is one of the best. One of the most valued elements of these CE versions is the ability, once the game is complete, to go back and collect any missing collections/souvenirs/parable items. This gives hours of great value gameplay and the chance to obtain all the achievements. If you haven't tried any of the Dark Parable series try this one and immerse yourself in the engaging world Eipix/Blue Tea have created.
This has to be one of the best HO games ever produced, The searching pulls you into the gameplay and the flexibility is amazing. I was concerned at first that once I had completed the main game I would be unable to go back and look for the remaining creatures but worry not as when looking for the whale bones you can travel all over the island again and look for any missed, all games should include this superb element. Furthermore I am not one for generally spending ages taking in the scenery but in this game all the scenes are immaculate, you actually feel there on this mysterious island and smell the sea on the breeze. This game definately deserves the great reviews and the five star ratings, thanks to these I have enjoyed playing Small Town Terrors - Pilgrims Hook CE and so will you!
As an agent of the Alliance, you’ve been given a mission to destroy an ancient artifact known as the Spear of Destiny. In the wrong hands, it could help conquer the world.
This is a great game offering hours of game play and a story line that links with historical events. There are a wide range of collectibles that keep you engaged and busy ( and are rather difficult to locate, I am my third go). Instead of hidden Objects you can try the new take on match three's with unexpected help from the fighter planes. Super value for money especially as it's not a CE and definately one to keep.
This helping from BFG brings together excellent value for money, with literally hours of game play, and superb production. It is definately worth paying for the CE, there are the HOP to challenge yourself with - one of my favourites and the light hearted " making of " film. Go on take a trip to Paris and discover more of the Crimson Cabaret.
This game is definately different, but well worth investing in. There is a surreal feel throughout and the mini games are both engaging and challenging. The cinematics are interwoven between reality and the dreamworld and you can really feel for the characters. On the lighter side the cat adds yet another dimension and his antics are great to watch whilst travelling through the story. All in all a great buy from a developer I hadn't heard of.
