I loved this so much, I played all three levels over and over. The animations and scenery is both detailed and looked good on my 4K monitor. I actually enjoyed the background music and didnt turn it down/off once.
The running plot is one I actually read, as opposed to skip eachtime on most similar games. You have to pay attention to every detail, it easy to miss a small 'gem' along the way which becomes important by the time you reach the finale, which then treads water, so you have to search everywhere.
For my money, it is good entertainment that I can play over and over. Each level is quite big and lots of side caves and adjoined lands, would have liked a Map, to catch my bearings sometimes.
I recommend this game!

Another game in the series, and others, that require more resources than available. Just as well this showed up in the beginnings of the demo, I might have wasted my money. It has good promise with detailed animations, but with a flawed gameplay, it all ground to a halt.
I tried different ways to build each building, but still not enough resources and no way to get them.
I don't recommend this game.

The game/plot drops you in around the time where the first in the series (Redrum) leaves you hanging. I recommend that you play Redrum first.
The user interface seems quite different to most HOG genre, but there is a clever array of different types of puzzles to play throughout the game. I liked the variety, offering jigsaws, block sliding, hidden object, to scene graphic matching.
The background music and effects work very well together and is well in keeping with the theme, generating tension when required.
There is a good pace to the plot, and the use of a 'teleporting map' saves lots of tedious walking through the same locations over and over. It is useful however to walk through now and again, so you don't miss the many puzzles available from time to time, also the raven who delivers goodies.
The object reward is layered, so simply completing one puzzles gives you an object to continue, you do have other things to do in order to gain more objects, which all relate to the tasks already completed.
There is a tendency to feel out on a limb, as the hint system only gives you global hints, not overly specific to the task#s# at hand, but the effort to keep trying and explore, is well worth it.
The graphics are outstanding. Very well drawn and animated to fit well within the intended theme/storyline. I did have to turn off the custom cursor sometimes, as it caused too much lag. I can't wait for the next in the series.. the ending of this one, is a bit of a cliff hanger.
I recommend this game!

Graphically, and sounds/musically, along with gameplay, is one of the best games released for 2011.
In several areas it is unique, breaking away from the traditional HOG type genre. The scenes are stunning in so many ways, you cannot help but be drawn in and want to proceed to find out what is round the corner.
This particular genre of subject matter may overwhelm some, as it ties into the syci. If you have any 'issues' you may find this drives a little too deep for comfort. Nothing taken away from the developers, they did an awesome job of immersing the player. I found no weak points and look forward to seeing more of this style/quality.
I recommend this game!

This game is so full of effects that immerse the player, it has to carry a warning, and for good reason.
What you experience can tap into your past or syci and become some disturbing aspects.
The gameplay, quality of the animated graphics, along with sounds and music is one of the best combinations I've yet to see. I have played all of this series and have enjoyed everyone. This one I will not forget in a hurry.
I recommend this game!
