One of my favorites I always buy. HIdden object games are my faves but I never seem to be able to pass a Mosaic by. I go back and replay. Not a big challenge but designs give great ideas for plastic mesh needlepoint I do.
First, let me say this is a buy. I was intrigued with the story which was different than so many others. It took me hours and hours to advance to the next level but once I did the additional levels (there are 4) I completed each one in less than 15 to 30 minutes each.
I recommend this game!

Dark Dimensions: Somber Song Collector's Edition
Townspeople flee as the black smoke covers their town. Can you close the dark dimension, before it’s too late?
I must say this is another winner. I like the "Indiana Jones" type guy and the storyline works for me. Not a lot of dark "boo" stuff like most. I enjoy the hidden object style used (I cannot remember what they are called) where you are finding hidden items to create an object. If it were not a collectors edition I would be buying it now. I usually wait for the standard edition and can only hope it hurries because I am not sure how long I am willing to wait on this one. Great Job! PS. I have not bought all the other Parables so this being a buy reminds me of how much I liked most of them.
The story line on this game worked. The audio worked. The HOG worked. What didn't work were sparkles everywhere your mouse covered something that needed to be done, even on the harder mode of play. I went back and played the first Echoes of Sorrow and it was good enough I might even purchase. This time the sequel didn't work for me. Bessie Mae
I found this game to be quite easy. I did play it in normal mode (one of three options). I also skipped some mini-games so I could play longer. The hidden objects are clear and light enough to find items easily (many latest games I find them too dark). I will probably wait until next week to purchase for the bonus but if it were the 1st of the month I would be making a purchase today. It is "simple fun" and sometimes I am in the mood for simple.
The story line sounds like it would work for me, however, the screen was so dark I couldn't find anything or continue game past 5 minutes. Now to deal with a headache. What a shame.
If you are looking for a HOG challenge then this one is for you. I love hidden object games and this one is fun and not scary. It game me loads of gift ideas for the grandchildren too.
For those wishing to start new game genres (spelling?), this may be the game for you. There are 3 levels of play and I found it very easy. The story line was okay but nothing really new to those who play these types of game. I always like to see newbies giving Hidden Object Games (HOG) a try.
Bought the Syberia series when I first joined and absolutely loved it. Been trying to find a compatible one but nothing has ever matched the game fun of this one for me. Don't expect this to be an easy quick game. I had to get lots of help and everyone was there for me (each time). The story is awesome and I highly recommend the game including Syberia 1 & 2 & now 3!
