Love this series and was glad to see them go back to the old format.
Only problem is in bonus level five, it doesn't let you pick up the final box of materials in the lower left of the screen, so you can't finish the level. I hope they release a patch for this, as I would have gone for the standard version if I knew that I'd only get to play four bonus levels rather than all 15 of them.

I was enjoying this until the level where everything is on fire. It was too frustrating and I ended up not finishing the game because it was too annoying. You build a sawmill so you'll have wood to continue, run one batch through, and the sawmill catches fire and you have to demolish it and rebuild. You build a quarry so you'll have stone to continue, run one batch through, and the quarry catches on fire, and you have to demolish and rebuild. Get the idea? It was two steps forward, one step back and whole time. You couldn't plan ahead because everything kept burning down!
And while there's an option to turn off the character voices, there's still a lot of annoying chatter. They may not say something every time you click on an action, but there's a still a lot of "together, we're strong!", "the farm is built!" "the building is upgraded", "there's a problem!" "I can't do it!" that you have to listen to. Come on developers, when I say I don't want character voices, that means I don't want ANY character voices.

I love this type of games. I own all the World Mosaics series, World Riddles, Gemsweeper, and every other one I could find. So when I saw this one, I bought it right away. But I was disappointed. There are way too many puzzles where you have to guess or use hints.
I'm an experienced player, but I want puzzles that can be entirely worked out by logic, and not require hints or guesses to finish. Especially since you can earn three stars by finishing puzzles without mistakes or hints--it should be possible to do so for every single puzzle. Way too many puzzles this was not possible. Like I said, I'm an experienced player. I quit playing halfway through and went back to World Mosaics.
I enjoyed this game. Good graphics, interesting story, and a nice mix of puzzles and HOS (some standard junkpiles, some silhouettes.) The storyline wraps up nicely in the main game.
The bonus chapter doesn't really add much, and it's mega short. I seriously finished it in 15 minutes and only skipped one puzzle! I don't really care much about soundtracks, wallpapers, screen savers, etc, I buy CEs for the bonus gameplay, so I'm not happy that it was so short.
So I recommend this game, but don't buy the CE. It's not worth paying twice the price.
I love time management games, and bought this when it was on sale. Now I wish I hadn't. The controls are really bad. You can't carry two things at once, and often mouse clicks don't register, so you end up carrying the baby around and dashing around the room because the game didn't catch that you wanted to put the baby down first. So a lot of times, I ended up carrying the baby (when I intended to put him down#, walking to the bottle warmer and back without picking up the bottle because you can't carry a baby and a bottle at the same time. Then I'd have to try again, making sure to put the baby down first, then get the bottle for the baby. By the time I'd done this, both babies were screaming because I took too long.
If my mouse clicks had registered the first time #or if I was able to carry two things at once), it would have been fine. This happened over and over until I finally quit playing because it was too annoying. Diaper Dash was a much better game if you want to play a daycare TM.

I nearly didn't buy this game when I read that you can only make two mistakes per puzzle, even though I love nonograms. But I found out that you have the option to buy more mistake opportunities. Once you've earned enough coins from solving puzzles, go into the store (found in the main menu) and you have the option to buy more starting hints, and more mistakes for your puzzles. So you don't have to play the more difficult puzzles with only two chances to mess it up.
Why no option to turn off the voices without turning off the sound as well? The game was great, but having to hear the constant, "I will do it!" "I'm already on the way!" "I will get it done!" every time the characters get a new command drove me bonkers! I would have loved a seperate option to just turn off those voices. I ended up having to play with no sound at all.
