In Denmark our Detective follows the match girl Giselle. I found pieces for six parables (two in the bonus chapter) and 20 morphing objects. The music is pleasant.
I found flaws- The guide said 6 chapters but the game had 9 chapters. I found two puzzles with no instructions and the guide didn't help. But one puzzle is replayed and has instructions there. I had one place that paused itself and I turned it back on. Besides these things, I loved the game.
The bonus is a prequel called The King's Fiery Clothes.
Has replays on 17 mini-games, 20 lovely fragmented hops, 9 video, 6 music and 8 wallpapers.
Based on the finished game with bonus material Jackie Grant is looking for her brother Edward Grant in the town of Etherfall. I collected 56 cats, also morphs in every scene. It has a good indicator but I was sad I couldn't retrieve any missed ones.
This game was harder with the puzzles and the hops were more cluttered. I think they want to make it harder but I would have liked it more relaxed. But I can't have everything.
The bonus chapter is a prequel and it explains more of the story. I liked the puzzles that you target the grapes.
I wanted to end the beta early too. The graphics are terrible. The gameplay is awful. I can't see all the five stars for something so bad. The hidden objects are puzzles in disguise.
Twin sisters Marianne and Regina come together for a Halloween costume party. People turning up dead, ghosts and the festive Halloween goodies table. I love it. I chose the white gown for Regina.
The hops are lovely and most of them have morphs in them. I like collecting the witch on a broom. This maker has replays on hops and mini-games and Souvenirs. I want to know the end of the mystery.
Based on the finished game and bonus chapter. This is a very old game. As far as I can tell July 2010. The skip is very very slow and the hints don't help much. I liked the story and enjoyed playing for the Hops and storyline. The guide is very detailed, it even has hops in the guide. I wouldn't want to play this game without the guide and for that reason alone I wanted the CE edition. It had some places I didn't find without the guide. Since the hint only helps in the hops and you have the guide for this, I needed it for the other parts of the game. If you are so good and don't need a guide go for the SV. The only extras are music, screensaver, wallpaper and concept art.
The ending didn't make sense to me and the bonus chapter answered the questions I had. I counted 19 hops and I liked them enough to want replays but hence no replays. The hops started out with interactive hops only but progressed to lists which I like. I liked the game. Didn't have problems with the game with Win-10.
This is the second one in the series and it came out July 2017. It's my favorite one out the three. I played the third one before this one. I trialed it and bought it staight away when it came out and just now got to it.
I was tickled by the Huge T-Rex Dinosaur. I play for the Hops and I really liked these. It has 17 replays of the hops and the hops have morphs. It has more hops but they are the mini-hops. As far as extras I was amazed when I went to the Showcase in the extras and it has 9 jigsaw puzzles. It has a Treasure hunt after you have all of your 36 collectibles which is a nice motif. You have 36 Treasure Hunts (one for each scene) Then it turns into the Ultimate hops that you can replay. In the extras there is a Code Puzzle.
The story starts in University Museum with a Persian Exhibition. I played a research consultant in the archeology department by the name of Alicia Cole. One of the many places I go has Deco décor that's nice to look at.
I liked the manual dexterity puzzles, swapping color puzzle and the maze. I didn't like the puzzle I couldn't skip in Chapter 4. Liked the gameplay.
The bonus chapter is what happens afterwards. Daughter Maya shines here.
I enjoyed this game. It's relaxing. The puzzles are one's I can do. The hops are good list ones. Replays on hops and mini-games. Collect 26 morphs. I'd like to see where Lisa ends up in the story. Will they raise St. Germain?
I love the under water games. I wished they had a wallpaper with just the submersible with no character. I want to imagine myself there. In the ship looking at the sea creatures moving around. Elephant has the best morphs, fragments and collectibles but I want indicators and the ability to retrieve them.
I don't know what I think about the Dark Trackers. I Love Elf but he needs some meat on his bones. The picture in the guide needs to be larger. I liked the story, hops and gameplay. I found a few puzzles I liked. They always have replays. Liked agent Shade made a appearance.
