This is the game to play!! Loved this one! Everything is good fun! Liked the investigation method, gathering evidence and then presenting it.
Game is long and your interest is held.
Some puzzles are rough; works your brain.
Lots of collectibles.
Bonus is good and long, as well.
No mistake about it, this is a winner!!

Loved everything about this game! Was such fun. Loved the storyline, really very good! Had problems keeping up with the relationships, though. Someone changed the family name from McCray to McCrew??!! Neat way to have story end positively!
Loved the gathering of evidence, as well.
Did I miss out on 7 achievements bc I played 'Hardcore'?? Just asking, bc I don't see how I missed any!!

I lucked out and started playing from the beginning and have waited for each addition. This one did not disappoint! Ending was as expected. Hope a new series as good as this, begins soon.
Now, the Bonus: you could have kept it; did not care for it, at all! Was very glad to be thru with it!!
And the Garden: I'm still trying to find the flower stones?? in order to make the rest of the flowers. CAN'T FIGURE THAT OUT???

I don't know where to begin!
I always play 'hardcore' and the first thing I noticed was "sparkles"! and a hint button that works!! That upset me; too much hand holding! BUT, THANK GOODNESS THEY WERE THERE!
The game is LONG, lots of back and forth; rooms and areas to go to.
Graphics are beautiful, sound is great!!
Storyline started off like Beauty and the Beast, but that became the background. It was confusing. I couldn't figure out where the beast fit into the story at all. It was said that he lived in the castle, but you never see him there. It was like he didn't exist! At first I thought Beauty's father was imprisoned in the castle, then I thought Beauty was.
Different people were introduced with their storylines, then they became 'sitting logs' for the rest of the story. (Daddy's daughter is missing and he is sleeping on the sofa thru half of the story??)
The game is so big and so many places to go. The inventory gets loaded and you don't know what to do with stuff, and when you finally get something you remember, you forget where it goes!! So you're constantly hunting down locations! You also had cursors leading you to believe that something was to be done in the area, which made you keep going back to find something, wasting time!!
There is a journal with objectives.
Transport map helps, but not much bc the area is so vast!!
The HOs are hard, very hard to find things; several different kinds, all hard to see.
The puzzles are easy; not many.
The end: I was so confused, that I was trying to end the game as fast as I could; but it wasn't easy. There were last things to do but, and with all the inventory I carried around all through the game, now I didn't have anything I needed. Now I have to go find everything!!! There were many:places to go back to and HOs to find! I ENDED EXHAUSTED!!!
I don't mind long games, going back and forth, but I think this one was a little over done. I still recommend it!

Enjoyed this game; was challenging for me! I spent 2 days on one HO! (Couldn't find one object)
Storyline did not make me recall the first story, so it did not seem as a continuation. I had to return to the story to remember it.
Graphics are very good. Map is very good; but no journal! I needed some info a couple of times, and needed a journal.
The HOs are good, not junky, but some of them make you work.
Puzzles are always great; a few gave me pause, but I struggled through.
"Elephant" is always a winner!

SO MUCH FUN!!!!!! Devs decided to try something different and they did an excellent job!
Long game; chapter 7 is as long as the other 6!

Game is very long, with only 5 chapters. When Chap.2 popped up, I could not believe that I had been on Chap.1 all that time!!
I'm not a HO fan, but these are really fun; many different types. My only complaint is that they were difficult for me bc some things were extremely difficult to locate! I struggled to find some objects.
All in all, game is fun. If you like HOs, this one is for you!!!

One of the best; I could not stop playing until I finished! I thoroughly enjoyed this. Everything was good!
Those interactive HOs are harder, but they are more fun to me. ( Not a HO fan ) And I loved the puzzles; they were not the usual. They were not difficult but different and fun.
This is a long game with an interactive map, with no activity marks showing, which I do appreciate! I especially like the way they laid the game out. Once the early part was done, you really did not have to return there. No HOs or anything to make you return to the beginning; so even though it is long, there is not a lot of bouncing back and forth over the whole game! The cut scenes are laid out very neatly; I really like that!
I noticed toward the end that ( in hardcore) hints were given in the HOs, if needed, which is nice for one who would need them.
The devs seemed to have thought of everything for us, which was very nice!!
This is one you have to have!!
