What a fun game this was! I enjoy real life cooking and never imagined that I would enjoy a cooking game, however this game was a lot of fun and simulated real life cooking by finding various foods and applying different cooking methods. In addition, you get to travel to 6 different countries and learn about different cultures and food types. I loved the details and variation of all of the different dishes, as well as the bonus round mini-games that kept the game very interesting. There was never a dull moment. This game also gives you real recipes. What game ever does that?
While, in the beginning, I thought that the character dialogue between rounds was a bit excessive, it did end up providing a good character development and story that you typically don't find with TM games and overall it helped make the win at the end to become "Chef of the Year" that much more gratifying and I enjoyed it. I thought that the graphics and sound was decent, however when you play other games with incredible graphics, it's hard to compare. Also, I found that the game was a bit too easy for me as I easily won expert on every level.
Overall, I really enjoyed it and look forward to playing it all over again.
I recommend this game!

Overall, I liked the storyline, the premise behind the game, the graphics, the details, and variety between the levels and what you can do for each level. For a time management game, it was a fairly decent game. I found that many of the later levels became challenging to complete just to meet the goal level and for that, I did find a bit frustrating and wanting the game to end. For me, time managment games aren't too fun when your hand hurts and your eyes burn and you feel some stress in trying to concentrate so hard to complete the level. I never was able to quite understand the scoring and what could really make the best score. It seemed like it was the common battle between timeliness and keeping people happy and getting chain bonuses for doing similar actions in a row. But still, cute concept and a general good game to play if you are into TM games.
I recommend this game!

What a fun game! I can tell from how I feel when I play a game how great it is. If I can't wait til it ends (only because I have this thing about getting my money's worth) and wanting it to end as soon as possible compared to completing all of the levels including expert mode, but wanting to play the game all over again and not wanting it to end, the latter is how I felt about this game. I've loved the Hotel Dash series and this was an adaptation from the game perhaps made for the Halloween season, however it was much better in some ways. I loved the diversity of the number and quality of the characters and each of the levels was progressively challenging to use more strategy than just a regular time management game. I liked how the game challenges and rewards you to use memory and strategy skills in the order of which you complete tasks. The main Dracula adds a bit of challenge due to his requests and level of impatience, however I figure out ways to get it all completed and keep everyone happy. I really enjoyed playing the Hotel Dash series and Hospital Haste, but this one has to be the best yet. I highly recommend it!

The general object of this game is to harvest crops and animal products such as eggs and milk and sometimes make new products such as jam and bread by the established time period. Goal amounts are established for each level with opportunities to earn "lightning fast" trophies at each level, among a number of other different trophies. There are also opportunities to purchase upgrades that will help you move faster or have your crops and animals produce faster. My game review is based on playing the game on 'casual mode'.
This game series is similar to Ranch Rush and Hobby Farm, which I also really enjoyed playing. Having said that, my review is somewhat based off of my game experience in those games. For the positives, there are many different crops and animals available to grow, and I also like that there are 50 levels to complete for longer game play. Also the trader, from whom you can purchase items needed to complete levels, comes in handy to complete levels either faster or on-time. The help are also useful and can actually come faster when you do repetitive tasks.
There are details or features lacking that make this game not as interesting or sometimes a bit annoying compared to those other games. For example, there are no options to purchase storage units to stock up on extra crops or if you make a mistake, then it won't have to go to waste, because the only option is to put it in the barn. If you need to move or rearrange anything, then it has to be one at a time instead of having the ability to select a row or group of items to move. While different crops vary in cost to purchase and time to grow, when you sell them back to Carlos, they each are only worth $10. In addition, he doesn't accept anything else, except for crops. Even though I played on casual mode, I did find that it was overly difficult to achieve the “lightning fast” trophies on certain levels.
Overall, I would give this game a 3.5 stars #I rounded up for generosity#, as it was fun to play, but the experience could have been a bit more improved with details or better features.
I recommend this game!
