After reading the reviews I was expecting dark screens. I say rather, dull screens. There isn't a lot of contrast in the HOP screens so it is difficult to find the objects. In fact, the entire game seems to have been colored by someone with a light brown/pale yellow/dark brown crayon palette.
For the record: I use a desktop with a 29" monitor. This is not a game anyone would enjoy on a smartphone and is probably more difficult than it needs to be on a tablet.
The screens are exercises. Except for the Woman's narrative, it is very hard to discern a plot. In contrast to the spectacular scenes of other games, this seems to have only three different locales.
I completed the demo. I'm of two minds as to whether I'll buy the game. I'd recommend the demo to everyone. Try before you buy.

This game is just that: a series of games. Fragmented Hidden Objects; Hangman with classical answers; Pattern matching puzzles, jigsaw puzzles, Photo piece swapping puzzles. I had no idea what Foxglove looks like, I just clicked on items that didn't seem to fit the overall photo.
My only problem proved to be "how to unlock the extra gameplay". According to the menu, there's supposed to be extra gameplay: plaques with locks on them. The game is too new to have a walkthrough, yet. Guess I'll play something else until such a thing is published.
Guess I have to do some research to see if I can find instructions on how to move forward.
I recommend this game!

I love the way they added depth to the colors. Now, every painting is 3D. Very Cool. Sometimes I think there are more colors than necessary, but I complete the level anyway.
I recommend this game!

This is a very enjoyable game. I agree with everyone else who expressed how much fun it is to begin each scene having to find the vowels. A unique approach, in my experience! The game moves right along, the puzzles are just challenging enough. The length of game play is not over taxing. I didn't look at the clock once!
I must say, though, that I came close to turning down the sound. As a big fan of the television program I was a bit disappointed that the accents were so off. It was evident from word one that these are not the original actors - 'though the sheriff comes closest. Trust me when I say: no one from Maine sounds as if he's from down south!! Everyone is trying a bit too hard. It's distracting to me.
I recommend this game!
