I really really liked this one. I had to use the map at all times or travel would have gotten a bit frustrating and I can't imagine how long it would have taken without the map. It turns out I liked that map feature and not having to "walkabout".
I LOVE making potions and this had that two or three times.
I LOVE constant gameplay and this had more than the standard three items to find in a scene. LOTS to do.
The graphics were great, more like a hard core video game.
I really enjoyed the HOPS as they were different each time and I like putting things back with other things, and when you have to use things within the hop to find something else...plenty of that.

All in all, this was a very enjoyable game as a whole, with lots to do and it took me 2 days to do it, even with the map. It usually takes me max 6 hours.

I will not even finish the demo. Once again, and even worse than ever, they have decided to add an EXCRUCIATINGLY ANNOYING NOISE to now EVERY move of the mouse! This means you cannot play with sound.
I didn't really enjoy the gameplay either as the scenes were too dark and action/objects were disjointed and confusing.
Explore the four corners of Oz in this thrilling fantasy game!

This game was just okay for me. I wish they would keep these light and whimsical in color instead of trying to add in dark scenes. But my 2 star review instead of 4 is what GRATES ON MY NERVES and that is the SUPER ANNOYING SOUND EFFECTS that are in some scenes and don't stop until you finish the scene. I WISH THEY WOULD STOP DOING THIS!!! It is ruining otherwise decent games.
I don't recommend this game.
This may be the Amazing Garibaldi Brothers’ final performance!

I couldn't WAIT until the demo ended, and not in a good way. WHO ever thought it was a good idea to put an ANNOYING NERVE GRADING WHITE NOISE special effect on every move you make!? They are doing this a lot lately and if it has it past choosing custom options I WON'T BUY IT. You have to turn off all sounds to play the game!
I was really hopeful starting this game as I liked the premise of magic. But, I found it VERY disjointed with a lot of back and forth, actions that go nowhere or don't make sense and of course, the HORRIBLE SPECIAL EFFECT NOISE.
I don't recommend this game.
