Surprise surprise. Santa is coming to town.
WOW! I haven't seen worst game yet. well... now I actually did.
I love Christmas stories, I have all collection in Collector Edition. The first ones were absolutely perfect: challenging, super story line... perfect... blow your Christmas spirit away :-).
This one... I have no words. I bought it without trying. Big big regret. I stopped playing in 20 min.
First. story line is.. there's no actually a story line... some repeated story about frozen time and fixing everything what went wrong, from the first game Christmas Carol. But doesn't work this time.
Challenge level... no level at all. sort of for kids. Even for beginner would be easy to play.
Graphics... taken from previous games.
what's new? nothing. and on top EXTREMELY BORING!
Sad and bored to tears... wanted to buy myself a present. wasted money... feels frustrated and specially for Christmas.
Bravo. here you go, developers. More games like this and you are definitely will go out of business after couple of years of total fiasco in all games you are producing, Elephant Games. I stopped buying your games without checking first from 2015. Now I won't even check it. waste of time.

This game is one of a kind.
this very funny adventure based on known fairy tales: sleeping beauty and snow white. but it doesn't make it dull.
the story starts that I have to rescue 2 princes turned into frogs by witch because these princes didn't want to marry her.
The game doesn't have HO at all... well.. .I didn't miss it.
level of challenge and funny logic of how to use the items is high enough to make it interesting.
and of course very funny graphics make it absolutely funny. Had really great time. Played twice in the row.

I love all the stories from this developer...
including this one... but this one is quiet scary one.... where is no really hope for the characters
story line like always based on European fairy tales but enlarged with the fantasy
but additional game play is quiet plain in my taste
personally I'd very much enjoy just a game but not a collector edition
anyway... loved this game and don't regret that I bought it. plan to play it again...

If you read all reviews please do consider them. YES INDEED. this game is absolutely awesome , out of box challenges and logic in HOGs.
I played it twice and in reality you can ONLY enjoy special edition. you'll pay and you'll never regret it. this game is for playing over and over again.
logic of the game if out of box. HOGs are interesting. challenging and great.
puzzles are unusual .
story line philosophical. males you FEEL and THINK.
Voices over are wonderful.
graphics are great...
what is not too great about this game???? nothing. the developers are made their break through to make it happen in different way - even HOGs... and specially for the pro who loves to play this kind of games.
event your behavior in the game is out of the box
The most exiting part that developers make you believe in the story line that actually our world is the world of the books... and the real world is totally different.
I love the first game of AZADA... the rest... well... traveling from one book to another was not developed well.. but in this game YES.
and what is important if you miss something during the game like some extras you don't have to re-play the game... you always have the chance and challenge to finish it.

Indeed... I'm big fun of the fairy tales. And then... here's the one... so average... so boring. no challenge.
like in every game you have to go from one screen to another and collect useless objects. you lose them and you have to look for others to continue.
for me total waste of money

HOGs are boring, puzzles are boring... played twice to be sure that I'm not giving the wrong impression. and erased forever.

My review based on full game and additional game play
This is absolutely great game. UNUSUAL TWISTS in any element of game.
Advanced players already know logic of the game, Where and what to look for or what items to apply, how hit button works, voice overs etc. Many games are done by the same matrix.
no one tried to make a changes.
But these developers are done totally great job.
Let's start from story line - absolutely unusual, and SURPRISING. The story keeps your interest and give your excitement until the end and you REALLY don't know what's happened next.
Girl has to go into mysterious Cyclopes city following her boyfriend.
Totally honest - the twist of the story excellent BUT the reason is missing. still it's very vague to me why the boyfriend of this girl has to be stolen by a woman who summoned this young couple. and the result of it - she wanted to get married to someone she doesn't know....
BUT what I really loved the way we are "receiving" the story from 3 sources: main character Edvine (she's talking time to time to herself), some find manuscripts written in old English (which give the story teast of ancient history) AND THE HINT BUTTON who's not just a hint button BUT a character of the game Rugo.
This is one of the unusual things I loved - talking hint button - the actual character who's saying or advising things not when I ask for it, giving some little comments on the actions like a real companion, and at the end getting married and united in heaven. LOVE THIS OUTSIDE THE BOX TWIST.
The story itself is very fascinating.
Graphics and music are excellent.
Puzzles are with different level of complications. some are very easy, some are very complicated.
HOC are nice... and just exactly in the place where they needed, and not just because they have to be and make a game play time longer. That's what I don't like from many developers.

Additional game play a little strange... firstly... practically no link to the main story. secondly... well... odd. frozen Seraphim is a beacon of children souls into the darkness because he's frozen one... odd... and there's no clear explanation for that

It should have been a tremendous achievement, but the tunnel through the Ridge of Leviathan became the site of a great disaster. What really happened that day?

My review based on all game and additional game play (which is worse ).
I'm not impressed at all.
I'm not going to describe the story line - it's written in many reviews. I'm going to say just my opinion about it.
Story line poor and sorry to say stupid: selling humans to work in mines in other dimension with highest tech making no sense at all. Story line in additional game play is even worse - possibilities to build tech from other dimension in the garbage with human tech - it's totally nonsense.
So the fun factor is totally spoiled.
Other dimension also looks like garbage out of human things - well... what to say? too much fantasy here as well.
Elephant Games probably got tired of creating something new and interesting.
HOS - boring and very average. in many games we see so many great variations and interpretations which of course not included in this game. Puzzles - yes, quiet interesting. but only that doesn't make game.
Help is very simple.
all game has no "soul" - probably the makers got bored themselves by doing this.
Visuals and sound of course in good level but again it doesn't make this game interesting at all. Research in the place in another dimension what looks like old houses and garbage in Russia - not exciting as never been.
for me - total waste of money. would never buy this serie again.
I can't understand why many users got so exited about if they see in Elephant Games different variants of garbage in every single game. they don't really like to change a little environment from game to game.

Love the game.
I'm not fun of spooks what usually gamers of Big Fish prefer.
Very relaxing for girls who has intellectual work in real life :-)))).
it's very lovely, very girly and and the same time very brainy.
story line is interesting, played the game in one breath.
puzzles are unusual and not boring (tired of different modifications of the same puzzles).
HOGs are brainy as well - you have to find without special hint where the objects belong to.
Story line isn't boring - starts from well known Cinderella story and ends up in total magical twist.
level of challenge not that complicated - well.... I was happy about not to going around from one screen to another to submit the objects. but very much predictable which doesn't make this game less fascinating :-)
