I must admit, I found Mysteries 1 a little better because it was a little harder. On the other hand, maybe it just seemed easier because I've gotten more skilled!
Not a game for someone looking for something easy that doesn't require much thought. Certainly not a game designed for people who don't like timed games. In fact, I don't understand why people who don't like timed games would even bother. I surely don't understand why someone would write a negative review which only reaffirms that they don't like timed games!
Action is smooth and fast, graphics are great. I am only an average player, so my first attempt was to figure out exactly what I needed to do. Then there would be at least 2 or 3 attempts to pick up my speed. You need to have your strategy in mind, as there is no time to think about it! The forty levels provided me with hours of game play.
I recommend this game!

Possibly this game will be great for experts at Match 3. I am not. The bugs that came along were bad enough, but the vines were a deal breaker. I am not nearly fast enough and ended up with over half my screen nothing but vines. Too stressful for me. I like relaxing Match 3 games, but even playing at the untimed level does not make the vines any easier to conquer. They fill up the screen way too fast in my opinion.
I don't recommend this game.

You would think by now that developers would get the hint that most of us really like to plan ahead and line up tasks. Ranch Rush was one of the first to get it right, I believe, and it makes the game ever so much more fun. Instead of having to wait for the workers to return, you can be planning way ahead. Without the game, for me the game soon grows tedious.
The other major flaw, in my opinion, is the "hidden object" feature. If you don't find this item, you can't get 3 stars. In the first scene, without the tutorial telling me where it was I never would have found it. The second scene it was blinking. By the 3rd scene, I couldn't find it at all. It is about the size of the head of a pin.
Like most games of this type, listening to the workers "I will get it done" soon drives you crazy, but I turn the sound way down. The graphics are quite good, though no game as workers with as much personality as Royal Envoy.
I love this type of game. I wish they had a new one every other game. I am always so disappointed when they are not well-done. After playing a superb game like Royal Envoy 3, or a challenging fun game like Viking Saga, this is a real disappointment.
I don't recommend this game.

I agree with most of the reviews, it is an excellent game and I purchased it. However, towards the end, something weird happened. I still have a lot in my inventory, and quite a few tasks to complete. I go to one area, and use an item from my inventory, and...............I get to the end scene. The game is over. I checked the strategy guide, and I wasn't supposed to do that task until the end. But I wasn't using the strategy guide, so how was I supposed to know that? I wanted to play through the entire game.
If you feel the same, I suggest you stick to the strategy guide towards the end and do things in the order it suggests.
I recommend this game!

Quite an interesting game! No need to add a lot of details as it has all been covered. I'm confused by the reviews that claim you can't turn the voice off. It's easy, you just go to options and turn it off. One thing really bothered me, so that I had to turn the sound effects off too. Every time you were exploring and clicked on something you could not solve yet, there was this long, deep sigh. Just drove me crazy! Interesting story and graphics, and quite challenging in spots. Plus, I love any game when I can jump from place to place on the map!
You may want to turn the voice back on when you interact with other 'characters". That can be quite fun!
I recommend this game!
