This was a nice twist on this type of time management game. Challenging on the higher levels, but not impossible to get 3 stars. Story was interesting enough that I actually read the cut scenes. Then why only 3 stars????? There are NUMEROUS grammatical errors littered throughout the cut scenes. It was like no one proof read it or a computer translated it to English from another language. It wasn't just 1 or 2, there were several. Some may not care, and if the game was free then sure, big deal. But it wasn't. Can't say I would waste my money on another game from this developer.

They tried to mix it up and do something different. Kudos to them in the back story. My issue is the execution of the game. I only played to level 16 before I gave up. You only have 2 zombies....that's it. So for 16 levels I had only 2 zombies to start with. No upgrades offered so you have to hope you get on a level where this is a power up for an extra worker. But that means you are constantly behind waiting for the meter to fill, so you can't multi-click too much. If you use the extra zombie power up, now you can't make them run or work faster because of course those are always power ups. There were no building upgrades either. So it basically felt like the person who directed the previous games was on vacation so they decided to have a party and screw everything up. This has got to be THE most frustrating TM game I have ever played as the reasons you can't get 3 stars on later levels can't be improved on so how do you come up with a new strategy to beat the level? You don't. They changed the star meter as well so now if it falls below the 2nd start you still get 2 stars as long as it stays above the last star. No other Incredible Dracula game does that so that tells you something about the level of difficulty.

I was looking for a fun solitaire game and found it in this game. I am a hospitalist, so I was drawn to the silly medical cards. But what really cracked me up was the funny background drawings for the organs (the liver is drinking, the lungs are smoking, etc.) and the fact when you mis-click it make a very brief tooting noise. Actually had to mis-click again to make sure I heard right. So much fun!

I LOVED the first Incredible Dracula game so I was excited to see a sequel. Sadly the second installment is a HUGE disappointment. In the later levels you spend so much time sitting waiting to get enough of a resource (20 of tools to pick up a friggin bead?!). You also spend more time trying to figure out the resources you need to make items (ex: the item to disable to cell phone tower takes a motor and iron, but the motor take springs and tools).....it's too much! The fun factor is just not there. I like a challenge as much as anyone, but when you have to spend all of your resources so you can upgrade a building and even then you are still waiting to get enough resources to complete your task....that's not fun, it's BORING. And the storyline is ridiculous. Each level is practically a duplicate of the level you just did. There is absolutely no creativity. While they did keep a couple of the fun items to find like the statue (although it is not the cute princess statue) and the occasional blue present, there are no random billboards or black cats. This game just ruined what could have been a great time management franchise.

Why, why, why are there not more games like this?! This is a true adventure game. No HOS, no character banter, no changing pointers, no journal, and no maps. Save for a hint button, you are on your own. In a nutshell you awaken in an arctic research facility and have to figure out what happened to everyone. There are clues everywhere and it can be tricky to remember something you see since you are not sure if it is important or not. There are several tricky sort of riddles to figure out some of the pass codes (I found the one for entering level 5 to be quite tricky). You must click everywhere and on everything since you don't have a changing cursor you never know if something needs to be picked up. There are, for lack of a better term, some mini games, but not many and you can "solve" them by clicking on the hint button, then click "solve." The music isn't extreme or annoying, just the right amount of eeriness. I wish developers would come out with more games like this. I found the game play very similar to The Silent Age. If you liked that game, then you will love this one. You might also enjoy this game if you are like me and absolutely sick of all the HO type games that are nothing more than a variation of the same theme these days. This game is truly original in its mystery and game play. I am hoping the developer will make many more games like this!

This game was waaaay too short. Before I knew it, the ending credits were rolling. And definitely short on challenge. Artist Colony was much better so I had high hopes for this game, but was extremely disappointed.

I really liked this game. Definitely a nice break from all of the tried, recycled HOG that are coming out now - I mean does no one have any originality?! They are like playing the same game over and over with a different title. But I digress.....If you have played Hamlet or Shaban and enjoyed those games, then you will like this one as well.
It is definitely a challenge. There is a hint system in this one though, which is a big plus. The hint system gives you little hints one at a time which is nice if you only want a small bit of help or you can click through each one and get the answer when you are totally stuck.
1 star was taken away (although I really think it is more of a 1/2 star) for 1. Interactions: maneuverability is point and click and can be annoying at times - especially when I was trying to figure out how to go back to a previous area at one point (the in game "help" does not tell you how to do this, just what needs to be done). Some areas will highlight that you can interact with them, but that doesn't necessarily mean it is pertinent to the task you are working on. That can lead to a fair amount of useless clicking.
That brings me to point 2. Dialogue: while it is campy and witty most of time and the voice overs are absolutely excellent, it can drone on and be tedious since all dialogue is not needed to accomplish a task. The good thing is you can click through it (if you do not play with sound on and just read it) or skip it all together once you realize it is just banter and not important. While these may be annoying at times, I really don't think it greatly detract from the overall enjoyment of the game.
There is a brief tutorial in the beginning, but is really not needed. The game is pretty self explanatory.
Overall, if you want something totally original and different, this one is definitely worthwhile.

I have played/own a couple of the previous Hercules games and this one compared to those is a HUGE let down. I honestly do not see any major changes that would entice me to purchase this one. I was so bored after 5 levels I quit and immediately uninstalled it. I could play one of the versions I already own and get the same experience. Maybe if you are not familiar with the first 3 Hercules games you may find this enjoyable.
