Having a timer means one must go fast and sometimes just click for the sake of clicking and use bonuses. This is more of a zen game. There are challenges and one can use stars to buy a bonus or two if desired. At the end of each level there is a ratings listing that will show the time you took to win the level. If you do require a timer than simply try to beat your own time. Otherwise sit back, relax and enjoy a game that is challenging in it's own right. I see this game as more of a puzzle where one must think about the next move. I'm rather tired of everything being timed. Sometimes it's good to have a game that is both relaxing and fun.

This series is really good for a relaxing and entertaining adventure. The story lines are rather clever and just cute. I recommend this entire series for anyone who just wants to enjoy something. If you are a serious gamer then you will enjoy the expert mode. Try it. You'll like it.

This game is right up there with other games in its genre. I read most of the reviews which stated frustration at there only being 2 errors before the scene reset. Check out the Options Menu... The list is Contest, Trophies, Options, and SHOP. After playing the first set there are enough points to BUY more Mistakes. In other words one can purchase up to 6 chances to make mistakes and NOT have the scene reset. There are other items for sale also, like starting each game with spaces already marked correctly.
This game is challenging and fun. I didn't mind the fact that one is allowed only two errors in the beginning because I like to play each set until no errors happen. But for those who like to move on, and still be able to go back and try later, it is entirely possible simply by buying more chances.
Try this game and I'm sure you'll like it. Especially if you look at all the features, stores and other options first.

If you are looking for the run of the mill HOG then this is not for you. This game is unique and without a story line. The challenges are quite different from other HOG's. 5 levels in 7 sections of nothing but numbers. The challenge is that the numbers are part of the landscape, buildings, pedestal bases, shadows, designs and even in things like ladders. They are not all just numbers either. Two bowls together can be an 8. A swirly design can be something like a 26. The number One is especially difficult to find. They can also be Roman Numerals, what looks like a sand pile at first glance or ropes that appear to just be laying around.
You can move on when the time runs out whether or not all the numbers are found. Each section is a different difficulty level. There is no penalty for clicking a number more than once. There is a 10 sec. penalty for clicking on other than a number making random clicking out of the question. A level can not be instantly restarted after it is completed, only after the entire section is finished, so unless you have a photographic memory each level is always a challenge.
The music may be annoying to those who don't like jazz but it can be turned down or off.
By clicking on a number it will disappear from the list but not from the picture which, again, makes finding the remaining numbers challenging. Quickly click on all the obvious ones first. Then there will be time to find the truly hidden numbers. Think outside the box as this is not a game of just looking for tiny objects of something around a piled up scene.
Finally, in defense of this game, it is much more challenging, and fun, than the BigFishGames online version. It can be relaxing and just plain fun, or it can be frustrating if you have to find everything the first time through. Try it out and see for yourself. I like that playing it over and over I come up with different results making it a game that isn't once to played and then go on to another one.
I recommend this game!
