A difficult hidden object adventure that I found very frustrating. On the plus side, nice art, interesting story, and the HOG scenes, when you find them, are good. On the neg side, clunky movement, no map, and the trick of putting things in your inventory together seems totally random. Worst of all, the in-game hints are useless. Like you're stuck on an in-game puzzle and the hint points to the puzzle piece you're stuck on, you can't figure out how to get the talisman out of the fire, and the hint points to the talisman in the fire!
This is a great game for people who like logic puzzles that use numbers. The initial levels are easy, but the later levels can be really tough. On the down side, the puzzles don't use any color. I like the sequel a little better, but this is still a great game.
I love this game. Lots of puzzles, 140 different mozaics in seven levels of increasing difficulty, plus the bonus play. Some of the 25x25 matrices are really hard! The mechanics work very well on my Mac and are improved over the first entry in this series. If you like logic puzzles that involve numbers (like Sudoku) this game is for you.
