Interesting little game. A bit short, but great little time killer. The smiling characters no matter what the dialogue is a little odd, but not a deal breaker. Used the hint a few times, but the teleport map is just as useful. Worth trying it out on the demo. Great graphics, appropriate music and well done voice overs.
Another installment of the penguin mosaic game. I have all of them, and will always buy when the game is released. The color switch is what makes this developer's game unique. I don't even bother with the other griddlers that only have one color! I just wish that the pick axe help feature would be available for Mac. I keep hoping they will have it figured out by the next one, but seems like it's not gonna happen. No worries, though, LOVE these games anyway!!
This is a very simple match 3. I found it most enjoyable because there's really no pressure or rush. Pleasant enough music, and the graphics are pretty cute. Each level can be replayed if need be, and the 'snowing' effect is pretty nifty. No plot, no villans to chase down, no hero to be made! Just a relaxing little holiday M3 to veg out with.
Another installment to the Fantasy Mosaics. These are great little puzzles, especially with the color change. My only complaint is that the Fantasy Mosaic games for Mac do not allow for the use of the "sun" tool. Kind of a bummer, but not enough of an issue to stop me from owning them all! Great game overall.
These mosaics are such fun. Re-playable over and over. I am so happy to see a new one at the offer! These color change mosaics are great for those times when you just want to relax and exercise your brain a bit. Love it!!
Just echoing all the other 5 star reviews for this game. While there is a challenge, it's not so frustratingly hard, like some mosaic type games can be. I love love the three color changes! An interesting twist to it all. It took a couple puzzles to get used to this and get the hang of it, but once you do, it's great! Lots of replay value with this one. Highly recommend when you're just in a relaxation game play mood.
If you like, no, if you love, HOG's, then this is your game! Sooooo much back and forth. Thank goodness for the transport map, otherwise I would have been much more frustrated than I actually was. Morphing objects, all 35 of them, merited nothing in the end. And speaking of the end, how abrupt was that!?! The other thing that was bothersome, is that after an area has been spent, it continues to allow you to go back in. I prefer the ones that, i.e., once you have collected everything available from the cupboard, and will never have to revisit that area, it closes out to let you know that particular cupboard is done for the remainder of the game. So, I found myself needlessly opening areas again, just in case. This really added to the frustration level… Other than that, the HOG's were mildly challenging, the mini games sometimes overly done, the graphics, voice overs and general story line are pretty good. Just wish there would have been a better conclusion, as the ending seemed rushed and thrown together. Even after all this, I will still recommend, as it seems lots of gamers really dig this kind of game.
I really like this game. Not so dark and gloomy, as is the usual fare for this type. The map is very helpful and will transport you to the area you need to be in. Very helpful. REally cuts down on the back and forth thing. It's also nice to have inventory items that aren't kept so long before they come into play. Decent story line, altho that is not really a deal breaker for me in any game. It's nice to just have a pleasant, easy to navigate game with nicely done graphics. (Based on SE.)
