This game draws on elements of the previous games in the series, and as it rightly warns would be players, it is quite gory in places. I won't repeat what others have said about the graphics, HO scenes and puzzles. The CE offers the usual extras, including an extra game which you can play if you have collected all the collectibles. Disappointingly, if you have missed spotting them all, it isn't possible to complete the collection via Extras. Please do something about this feature, developers!

This game has a great storyline. The graphics are incredible, in contrast to the cartoonish characters, who don't move their lips at all! There is much to enjoy here, the HO scenes and games are varied in type and level of difficulty. For a CE, it's not overloaded with extras, there's a very good bonus chapter, and wallpapers and music. No collectibles, which may or may not appeal to some. Definitely worth trying out.

I like games by this developer, so I was eager to try this one out. It doesn't disappoint, the storyline is strong, the graphics clear, the HO scenes varied and the games very doable. The CE bling includes a bonus chapter (short, wraps the story up and sets the scene for future League of Light games-hurrah!), the usual wallpapers and music, and collectibles; characters and owls. My only gripe with the game is the absence of the facility to complete collections, I didn't find all the owls so I don't know if a complete collection unlocks something else. Otherwise it's a great game.

From the Eipix stable, this game absorbs you from the outset. The quality is excellent. The high point for me is the facility to complete the collectibles collection once the game is finished, a feature that should be standard. Definitely a buy for me.
I recommend this game!

Good story, good standard of HO scenes and games, and I was looking forward to the extra chapter after the bonus chapter, only to find I was locked out as I didn't find all the collectibles. Please, developers, this is a good game, add in the facility to complete collections rather than disappoint gamers. Hence 3 1/2 stars.

This is a brilliant game, with a sci fi twist in retro 50s style. I was totally absorbed in the story, which is a welcome change to the run of creepy ghosts and possessed children we have had lately. I loved the characters, and the quality of storytelling is very high. The HO scenes and games are good. There are collectible rockets which can be hard to spot, but the wonderful designers of the game have built in a collectible locator in the extras so you can complete the collection to unlock a mega HO scene. I wish all games had this feature. Other extras include a jigsaw puzzle, a "making of" video and the usual wallpapers and soundtracks. Don't miss this one.

Perhaps I am just not intelligent enough for this game, but I gave up after 15 minutes. It seemed to have the potential to be a different and interesting game, but turned out to be annoying and deeply frustrating. There is no hint, and no map. The level of difficulty sets by default to hard, though switching to easy mode in the menu makes no difference. I gave up and deleted the game.
I don't recommend this game.

I got this game as it had mixed reviews, I like HO games, and I had a voucher code. The story is good, the graphics, HO scenes and puzzles are ok, but what let this game down for me was the lack of a map (yes, I know it's a SE game, but many SEs have maps these days). If there is no map, then using the hint to see where to go next should not in my opinion use up the hint so that you spend ages waiting for the hint to refill. I'm afraid I got tired with the slow progress and gave up on the game

I really like these developers, they pack a lot into their games. The story is good, good graphics, interesting HO scenes with match 3 as an alternative, and good puzzles. Custom level can be set, my preferred option. The icing on the cake after completing the bonus game comprises a making of video, a souvenir room, and a collectibles area where you can re-enter areas where you may have missed collectibles and complete the set. I wish all developers would do this.
I recommend this game!

I liked the Asian theme of this game, and the choice of mahjong as an alternative to the HO scenes. There was variety in the HO scenes, and the mini games were good, and not too difficult. There are different "sets" of collectibles as you progress through the story, however it is not possible to complete the collections once the game and bonus game are played if you have missed any. Developers please note and fix this!
