I liked the previous games in this series and this one didn't let me down! With 3 difficulty modes and a built in SG this is for any level player. Excellent graphics and some fun illusions. The hidden object scenes are interactive and well done but they do have some rather small items to find.
The mini games are very unique with a range of difficulty. They are also skippable after a bit.
The story line is a lot of fun but voice overs would have been a definite plus. There are some scenes that will make you jump. They did me anyway. I knew with in 5 min. of playing the trial that I was going back to buy.
I recommend this game!

Creepy Tales: Lost in Vasel Land
Save your sister from an amusement park in Creepy Tales: Lost in Vasel Land! After Calla goes missing, it’s up to you to find her!
This review is based on the demo because this game is not one I would purchase. Here is what I thought. I think this could have been a good game but there is absolutely nothing to tell you what you are supposed to be doing so be perpared to spend a lot of time in the walk through. It is fragmented hidden object and these scenes can be a bit difficult.Good thing the hint refills fast! You can't rely on the hint for help anywhere other than these scenes. The few mini games I encountered were far to easy.
The graphics could have been a bit better but if I like the game play I can look passed that.ve this the Level of Challenge that I did was because you simply are lost right from the start. Very difficult to know where to go and what is expected.
And last but not least! I completed 3/4 of this in the demo which I completed with 7 min. left.
I read the rave reviews in the Big Fish forums and knew I had to have this game. I guess my expectations were to high. The story was good and a bit unusual. The graphics and voice overs were very well done. What let me down was the actual level of difficulty in game play. The hidden object scenes were fun and very interactive but also a bit to easy. There were very few mini games and what there was didn't seem to be that hard to work out. You do a lot of traveling to places that you only need one or two items from. I kept looking for more to do in each area and was disappointed each time. I purchased this with a coupon so I have no regrets and wouldn't even for the $6.99 but I did feel let down at the end. Perhaps the ending in the CE would have been better but I am glad I didn't spend that much on it. To sum it up this is an interesting game but just not the challenge I was looking for.

This has great graphics for children. Freeing the munchkins was fun. The story varies from The Wizard of Oz but is very cute. Unfortunately it doesn't offer much of a challenge for adults. Try the demo though and see for yourself.
This game has eveything an Adventure fan could ask for! It keeps your mind working and never a dull moment.
For once I am very glad I bought the CE. I try very hard not to use it and didn't have to much until the Bonus Content. Then I get really stuck! LOL Sure was glad to have the SG then. There are many different areas to explore and very unique mini games. The hidden object scenes are just the right level of difficulty. The hint system is excellent. Pretty much making the SG unneeded:)
I am glad I waited for the Standard Edition with this game. It is a lot of fun but there isn't a whole lot of challenge. This offers 3 modes of play Easy, Casual and Expert. I am about half way through in Expert and it has only taken about an hour and a half. Even in this mode there are sparkles to lead the way.
The mini games are interactive and fun but very easy. The mini games are also on the simple side. I do like the fact that you travel to different areas that are nothing alike. You don't get bored with playing the same site over and again. The graphics, music and sound is well done but it could have used some voice overs.
To sum it all up I think this would be the perfect game for beginners or young players but not much of a challenge for experienced players.
I used a coupon to purchase an am not unhappy but do wish it was a bit longer.

This review is based on the demo onlyRight of the bat I noticed poor grammar. I can live with that but there are to many other things with this game that makes it a no buy for me. Pros: Lovely art work Sparkles show where item is if you pause to long(usually that would be bad but in this you need it to find the teeny little items)
Cons: Very tiny objects to find Irritating music Map is very poorly made. Useless Not a good story line. No skip on mini games

I loved everything about this game. Excellent hidden object scenes. Puzzles were workable and could be skipped if you couldn't work them. Wonderful voice overs, art work, and music. I am not one that cares much about the story line as long as the game play meats my needs:) This did seem like a good story though. The only thing I found lacking was a journal. I like one just to look back if you have to take a break. It helps you remember where you were or keeps you from having to write clues down. This would be a great Standard Edition game! With the hint system it has you really have no need of the SG as far as I am concerned.

Just finished the game and am glad I purchased it! It keeps you very involved right to the end. The story and graphics are well done and the hidden object scenes are the perfect level of difficulty With the hint system you have no need of a strategy guide. I never even had to use the walk through. That brings me to the reason I gave it a 4 star rating instead of 5. It is easier than I usually play and the puzzles/mini games or far to simple. The length is very good and the play is fun. A fantastic game for someone just starting in this genre!
