As some other reviewers have mentioned, this game has similar gameplay to Chocolatier. You travel the world buying ingredients to create lotions and selling them. However, this game completely lacks the charm that that game has. The characters are bland, there is no story, and there really is no goal. It's also significantly more difficult than Chocolatier because your products don't sell for much and it is tough trying to keep your ingredients stocked. I would highly recommend testing out the trial before you buy.
I don't recommend this game.

I was nervous about playing this game after seeing the other negative reviews. However, I did not experience any glitches when I played and I was able to finish the game.
It's a very fun business simulation in the vein of Game Dev Tycoon. You create high quality movies by matching the genre with skilled actions and appropriate setting.
I highly recommend playing the 1 hr trial to see if this game works for you.

I bought this game because I was told it was like Life Quest. It is not! On the surface, it looks like a life simulation because you do actions around town. However, you do not get the freedom of choice you get with a game like Life Quest.
Ciao Bella is broken down into chapters and each chapter has an objective. You will use your actions to accomplish that objective. If you fail you will have to restart the chapter all over again. This gives the player very little incentive to explore and just makes the game feel very tedious.
