The Emperor’s son has a mysterious illness. As legendary healer Daiyu, you’re called to the palace to save him, but you end up having to save yourself!
Storyline is far and away the most enjoyable of any BF game I've played. The pace is excellent, not too fast, not too slow. Hidden object puzzles in two forms: one traditional, just find the object (with some interactive elements to complete an item) and one using silhouettes of the items. The progression of the game is sensible and not as fragmented as many others I've played; here the pathways are much more direct and relevant to the storyline. The mini games were quite solvable, but the Guide was also helpful here. Looking for hidden cranes in each scene added an extra element of challenge. I enjoyed the graphics very much, the music stayed in the background as it should. It was fun preparing ingredients in my healer's kit so I could cast spells - a touch that makes this game special! Highly recommended!
I don't often choose the marble popper genre, but this game attracted me. Gorgeous graphics, peaceful listenable music, and classic Japanese-style themes - the scenes and tiles are beautifully rendered, and with four different match modes and 30 puzzles in each, there is enough variety to keep it interesting. I've played 16 levels and find it moderately challenging, but mostly very restful and contemplative... unusual for a PC game! A wonderful alternative to all the frantic and rather sick death-themed "puzzle" games. I recommend this highly!
Let's get farming in this unique Hidden Object farming simulator hybrid! Harvest the perfect crop, sell it at the market and search the farm for treasures!
Good graphics, easy to learn, but with challenging mini-games that increase difficulty level over time - I had to skip some of the tough ones, but will try again later. Lots of variety in the Hidden Object games, different backgrounds, with a good hint system. Did not have the eyestrain problem that some other games have caused me. Lots of farm/animal/building upgrades (I found many of them late in the game). Background music can be muted, but it's pleasant enough. I found it took QUITE a while to load the game initially, and the HOG scenes still take time to load. This game needs a lot of patience, it plays slowly and goes on a long time...after hours of play I can't tell whether I'm actually finished at this point. Not exactly TIME management, but more multi-tasking. Good map view lets you see the whole farm and then focus in on action items. I found it very enjoyable, bought it, and will play it again and again!
Excellent artwork, lots of variety. Challenging goals with new tasks all through - tiny elements, so you need an eagle eye or a REALLY big screen. Engaging story line, good interaction, clear goals. Lots of options during game play, you choose a goal from several possible actions. Gather herbs, mix potions, heal wounded, fish, shoot game, gather food, cut wood, buy tools and weapons, lose some battles, win others, sleep, eat, fight ghouls and goblins, raid tombs...lots to do! Loved the variety; sounds and music are appropriate and subdued so they don't interfere. Hire workers, soldiers, archers as needed to finish tasks; repair lumber camp and iron mines, build and repair other buildings, visit the swamp and meet the frog people. Never gets boring; I've played it through twice my first day. WHOLEHEARTEDLY RECOMMEND THIS GAME!
The graphics are gorgeous, but the gameplay is as fragmented as the hidden objects, and they are a real eye strain - objects not to scale, colors don't match, obscured by the background scene. Just not fair to hide tiny pieces with that level of difficulty. Storyline is engaging but gameplay makes you jump all over with no real logic to lead you; and after playing most of the way thru I'm just tired of fighting it. This isn't a challenge-it's a battle, and I'm losing it. Would not buy another in this series.
