The actors in the game are exclusively fairytale animated cats. This won't be to everyone's taste, but cat lovers will like it.
In the game you act as the cat Shavan, who belongs to the protective guard. You are drawn into an intrigue and must protect Cattown from evil enemies both from your own ranks and from the marten people.
As always, the graphics are very colorful and sometimes dark, the background music is old-fashioned and subtle. The plot isn't new, but it's well executed.
The HOs mainly consist of looking for image sections in the scene. In the mini-games, for example, you have to use directional arrows to put sections of the picture together to form a complete picture, or cylinders have to be rotated to create a path so that fish can be moved from one side to the other.
In addition, 12 weapons and 24 shields are hidden in the scenes, which are easy to find, but can also be searched after the end of the game.
I didn't like that the game including the bonus part was extremely short. It took me just 4 hours and I'm no expert. The number of WBs and mini-games is correspondingly low. I'm deducting a star from the overall rating to show my dissatisfaction.
I recommend this game!

... because in this game Dracula and his son are the victims of a lousy vampire.
You take turns playing as Gabriel Dracula or as his fiancé Sabrina to hunt down the vampire. And you get unexpected help, but not from Dr. van Helsing, but by a beauty named Diana Helsing.
The plot is exciting and pretty scary, and the appropriate background music also contributes to this. As usual, the protagonists are beautifully drawn and the rest of the graphics are really pretty dark and worth seeing.
The HOs are mixed, there is a mandatory search by list or there are items to be inserted. Some of the mini-games are easy to solve, but some require a certain amount of patience. There are a number of sliding puzzles that are not to my liking and that require a lot of time and patience to solve.
For example, you have to move two rows of colored candles to get a certain picture. Then there are the obligatory rings that need to be rotated to piece listed animals together. Or there are always two identical bats to be found from a whole swarm.
There are also 15 blood samples, 15 pieces of jewelry and 70 coins hidden in the scenes/images, which can be used to set up your salon.
Due to the sometimes difficult mini puzzles, the game was quite long for me. The bonus part, in which the plot revolves around Diana Helsing and her mother, isn't particularly long.
I really liked the story and most of the puzzles and I never got bored.
I recommend this game!

It was once again a pleasure to play a game from the Enchanted Kingdom series.
Great plot, pleasant background music and wonderful fairytale graphics. As usual, the protagonists are visually very nice to look at, with the exception of the emperor, who really turned out disgustingly well.
The HOs are nicely mixed. For example, the object of the solution has to be guessed from 2 terms. Then there is the usual search list again or objects or image sections have to be placed correctly. Alternatively, you can switch to match 3 mode.
Some of the mini-games are pretty difficult and I even tore my hair out a couple of times. For example, levels in 5 tubes must be reached up to a specified point on the scale. Or fruit must be sorted in the correct order using a text description. Or you have to reach a route based on numerical specifications (forwards and backwards) to the destination. The obligatory turning of the rings into a picture is also included again, as well as other mini-games. I had to work really hard to solve all the minigames.
Tip and map work perfectly and are really very helpful.
There are also 15 enchanted items, 15 magic vials and 70 shells hidden in the pictures/scenes.
The game has - also because of the tricky mini-games - a nice length. It took me 8 hours including bonus chapter and I wasn't bored for a minute.
I recommend this game!

The plot in this game was created based on the novels "The 3 Musketeers" and "The Man in the Mask" (bonus part). However, the protagonists have different names and so instead of Athos, Porthos and Aramis they are called Arron, Charles and Gerard. The respective plot of the main and bonus game is very exciting and revolves around the rescue of the king and the liberation of his sister Mercedes.
The graphics are truly stunning, the characters are visually appealing (even the bad guys). The music is pleasantly unobtrusive. In addition, there is a good playing time, but unfortunately also an abrupt end. Why don't the game manufacturers manage to program a reasonable happy ending, no romantics among them???
The HOs are nicely mixed. For example, the object of the solution has to be guessed from 2 terms. Then there is the usual search list again or objects or image sections have to be placed correctly. The mini-games are pretty tough for my taste (I'm no expert and probably never will be). For example, gears must be turned to clear a path. Or to go through a path with preset numbers (back and forth). Or rotate discs to get a picture. The mini-games took a lot of patience. You are really challenged.
There are also 60 roses, 15 jewels from Mercedes and 15 clothing items from Arron hidden in the pictures/scenes. Some of the jewels from Mercedes were so small that they were only found by chance.
All in all it was a top game and I had a lot of fun. This ist actually my favourite game.
I recommend this game!

After the death of her husband, Emily becomes a detective and assists the police in solving murder cases. The story is exciting, but the hint at the beginning of the game due to possibly disturbing scenes could have been saved. Every crime thriller on TV is more gory than the scenes in this game.
The graphics can be described as bombastic, almost like a real movie. When the main character runs, his hair even blows! I found the music to be pleasantly subtle.
There are 12 search objects and 24 puzzle pieces to be found, which can also be completed after the end of the game. Despite an intensive search, I did not find two search objects at the two locations. But since only the puzzle pieces are needed to create a photo, my frustration was limited.
In the case of the HOs, objects are mainly to be found by list or silhouettes or by combining two objects.
Some of the mini-games were very challenging, while others were very easy to solve. For example, differently shaped objects must be transported into a field with a crane in order to fill it. Or you have to set different sized image segments with sliders to get a complete photo. And of course the setting wheels, with which you have to set the hands in a certain position, should not be missing either.
Something new was the securing of evidence with a smartphone and a voice recorder.
All in all, I really liked the game, but once again it was too short including the bonus part. 6 hours are really not the burner. The bonus part is so short that it's not worth buying the Collector's Edition.
What annoyed me, however, was that the game "froze" four times and I had to restart. This has been increasing in many games lately and is frustrating in the long run.
I recommend this game!

on the people he believes to be responsible for his parents' deaths.
Thank God the arrogant culprit makes the big mistake of demanding your participation in the hunt. And the hunt for the killer will require all your detective skills.
The plot is very exciting for my taste, the graphics are kept nice and dark and really fit to create a thriller atmosphere.
The mini puzzles are nicely mixed, some are pretty tricky and require some patience, others are relatively easy to solve. The HOs are well mixed, mostly items have to be guessed or used. Alternatively, you can switch to match 3 mode. I liked that because it gives the game a little more variety.
There are also 15 hidden art supplies, 15 origami figures and 92 coins. These are quite easy to find because it shows when there are any in the various locations.
The game has an appealing length.
I recommend this game!

A typical match 3 game as you are used to. A small story was told about a mysterious artifact, during which various pieces of evidence had to be unlocked and analyzed.
It was very tedious and required a lot of patience until you had all the items to unlock and analyze together. Unfortunately, the game didn't offer any great challenges and the story wasn't really new either. There were a few small game sequences to be solved with nanograms, HO and mahjongg. I liked that very much, but there could have been a lot more of these puzzles to make the game itself more varied.
The match 3 levels were always the same and not really difficult. The length of the game was very good, but I didn't really enjoy the game. I played the game to the end, actually hoping that there would be a few more surprises in store. Unfortunately not.
The game is actually only suitable for beginners, intermediate and expert players will be better served with the Jewel Match series.
I don't recommend this game.

Very good game with an exciting story, colorful graphics, great actors and suitable background music.
The HOs are clear and easy to solve. Alternatively, you can switch to Match 3 mode. The mini-games are mixed, so there is something for every taste.
The puzzles aren't too difficult, so even beginners won't have much of a problem.
The map and hint work fine and are very helpful because there are a lot of inventory items to carry and a significant amount of quests to complete.
For my taste, this game is just right.
I recommend this game!

The games from the Jewel Match series are always a pleasure and guarantee days of fun. I have all the games in this series and didn't hesitate to buy this one. At first I was surprised that the graphics came across as a bit old-fashioned. Up until now, people were used to the razor-sharp graphics that resembled real landscapes. The landscapes look more drawn here, but that doesn't detract from the fun of the game. Once again there are different winter landscapes to unlock, which always means a lot of (fun) work. The background music is again Christmassy and as an experienced Jewel Match player you know what to do. I am happy that a new Jewel Match game is offered again and that hours of pure relaxation are now the order of the day. However, I would have liked it even better if the game had been released before Christmas, because it would have helped to get in the mood for the holidays.
I recommend this game!
