If you haven't played the previous games, you may be disappointed by its style. The original first game is a very old game but the sequels continued in the same style and they were fun if not for playing but for following Emily's fortune.
I have all previous games and I loved them, but this one is a little bit lame. They are few changes which I'm not sure if I like or not. In overall it is not a bad game however it failed to grab me like the previous ones did.
It certainly is not worth money as a collector game and I may buy normal game if it comes out to kill the time, as there are not that many good games out there, that are not hidden object.

Almost missed on buying an excellent game. I didn't look inviting at first but I had a go and after demo I bought the game. Yes, it is an old fashion thing, you collect food,mana etc, but you need to think what you doing and what you collecting etc.
After you finish a level you get an alternative level, basically same level but different tasks, and when you finish a chapter you get another surprise. It seems this game lasts forever.
it is nothing new in this game but done really lovely and if you like this type of games then this game is for you.

I wish I sent the review before another game arrived, as they have done even better sequel then this one. However this is a very good sequel, I loved the first game and I love this one. I played it to the end and there is only one level that I still can't get 3 stars, never mind I will manage one day.
Graphics are lovely, the challenge is good, some levels are harder then others, some not. Hope they'll have more.

This is based on demo, however I bought the game as it is an outstanding sequel. Following few other games disappointing sequels, this is how a sequel should be. They kept all the essence of the old game and introduced some novelties that are good, putting together into a really good game. The first game is one of my favourites and I am so happy that they did not ruin the theme. I love the graphics, so many small details to look at, sometimes I play level again just to look those details. I don't want to talk about the game, and spoil those novelties. You should play demo and decide if it is for you. I love this game and I will have hours of fun

I have all of Monument builders and probably will get this one too, and this review is based on demo.
They have improved graphics but I don't like them, they are cute but too childish. I prefer the French ones - more realistic of the era. Although there are some changes to the game, the point of the play is the same, get wood, stone etc. and deliver the products, which I don't mind but that's it nothing special to do..
One thing I don't understand, why so many games including this one have such annoying voices telling me what is done or needed to be done. I don't mind sometimes but the voices are so annoying. I'm not stupid, I know what I have to do. Thankfully I can go to the option and silenced these voices, but then I can't hear any other sounds in the game. I don't know, either I'm not in a good mood today or something is lacking to like this game enough to give 5 stars. I am actually debating between 3 and 4 stars. Don't get me wrong it is a cute game, maybe I just got bored with the same old tasks in the Monument builders series

The game is cute, fun to play and I like the graphics. I never played farm frenzy so can't compare. Yes it is all same stuff grow and bake the things, then sell them. Each level you've got different tasks and so far there are so many levels, and they get harder to get gold star.
The only disappointment is upgrade, I wish they give you more freedom to chose what you want instead if you don't get recommended upgrade you can't really proceed. So many farms why they couldn't let us do up one of the farm, that's so fun.

I don't know maybe I am old fashioned, but I like the old look of the game. I understand that they wanted to put some improvements or changes so it is not the old same thing, but that was what made the old games. Why changing what it's good.
However the game is not bad, just a disappointment when I saw the game is out finally and I am not sure if I like this floating islands. This is based on demo play and maybe the game will grow. Still recommend it as it is some fun and it will appeal to some people.

This game is really good and you need to think and plan well what you build. If you don't have enough health or water or else, your settlement will suffer from the plague, fire etc.
It starts very slowly and I agree there are no good instruction how to play, but once you into it, you'll have many hours of fun.
Buying it on the sale is a good bargain.

The game is a sequel or who knows with this game developer, it could be a prequel to City of fools, You can play both of the games independently. It's just a game for fools, characters are funny, nothing looks normal so it makes the game unique.
This is not the best game you ever played that will swoop you off your feet, but it deserves 5 starts in this kind of games. If you want something different, then this game and the City of fools are for you.

Shame that it is the last one, as it is trilogy. It's fun, fun, fun like the 2 previous ones.
You need to think where and what buildings to build, search for the things and get there before your rival. It is not fast or usual TM game but it is an addictive cute game.
Hope they'll make more although different story make go Far East or explore Africa.
