The Northern Tales TM series is one I play OVER AND OVER. I have been lamenting that they stopped making them. Fortunately for all of us, they are back and they didn't change the formula! I'm not nuts about the hidden objects, but it is such a minimal part of the game. OVERALL if you loved the first 4, you are in for a treat!!!
This game has an outstanding story line. If you like Victorian era characters such as Irene Adler, Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde, et al. (don't want to give too much away), you will really dig this game.
The extras and bonus game in the collector's edition weren't awesome enough (as is often a problem, I feel), but it didn't detract enough for me to deduct a star.
The game had an interesting plot. The graphics were OUTSTANDING! And I can only hope that they keep this series going!
This is very much like Delicious: Holiday Season without all the interactive elements. It is amusing to watch Emily grow up and see the parents' style change. I also love getting the backstory of how Emily and Francois met and became besties.
The time management is fun but not too hard. This is a great part of the Delicious story. One of the better Delicious games, but not my favorite. But well worth buying!
This is a great follow up to my all-time favorite. What I really enjoyed about it was that you didn't just stay in one restaurant and then switch to another. You went back and forth, so you never got sick of anything by playing it too long.
The game is really long, which is terrific! And it's not just restaurants, it's clothing stores, and spas, and pool decks, and daycare. A nice variety of places!
I thought that the golden hearts thing was sort of extraneous, but at least it's not as bad as having to chase Paige around in Delicious: Emily's New Beginning.
This is a great episode in the series, definitely recommend it!
Of all the Delicious games, this is my least favorite.
Pros: It's a Delicious game, so the levels are going to be fun and challenging Each restaurant has a distinct look and feel Graphics are great Characters are true to themselves Customizable Menu based on customer preferences
Cons: PAIGE!!! She is super annoying, the amount she helps is negligible and you have to keep an eye on her, keep her busy, and chase after her! If I wanted to do all that, I'd have a real baby!!!
This is by far my least favorite, but it is still okay. Thank goodness they realized how annoying it was and went back to the formula for Dream House.
But... you really should play it if you are a fan of the series, the storyline is okay, and you won't want to skip a Delicious episode.
I love the Delicious games, and this is by far the best. The levels were difficult but conquerable. You were able to select different dresses and bouquets and it made you want to play the game again and again to see the different combos.
I've been gaming for MANY years and this is one of the only games I've ever wanted to play more than once. In fact, I think I've probably played it a dozen times. I wish that the future Delicious games were more in this style. The latest one (Dream House) is the closest they've come in awhile, but nothing tops this one.
I really wish Big Fish carried Emily's True Love, Emily's Holiday Season, and Emily's Taste of Fame. They are fantastic as well!
If you like Time Management Games, you will really enjoy this one! Can't recommend it highly enough!

The only thing preventing a 5 star review is that the game was a little bit short.
The story line is unique. You have to use spirit crystals to go back in time and stop a curse from creating a witch. It seems similar, but it really isn't. It's in a lovely nature setting with old west and Native American themes. The mini-games were okay. Nothing too exciting. It was the overall uniqueness of the game and story that made it enjoyable.
Besides being a little short, the only other drawback is that for some reason your friends go back with you, but they are not helpful at all, which is pretty frustrating.
That aside, it's a great buy if you have a daily deal or an extra free game.
I love all the solitaire games, but sometimes they can be a little too similar. This solitaire incorporates all the things you love about solitaire and adds tiny little mini-games for a fun twist, not to mention a ton of levels and goals. It's a great game to play while you are listening to the news. Fun and relaxing with a pirate flair. Arrrr you ready?
This was a rare gem. Totally different from other games I've played. Instead of graveyards and princesses, there is time travel and mob hitmen. Good stuff. What I like about this and a couple other rare finds is that with every new chapter, you restrict the number of locations you have to travel back and forth between. I find that to be a time waster and a pain.
The art was excellent. And I play all games with sound effects only, so I can't speak to the music.
It had all the bells and whistles of CE but at the SE price. Nice.
