I would say this has to be one of the more unique games on Bigfish - not just in look but in over all story and mechanics.
One of the better story lines even tho predictable in some ways but handled well and made for a fun ride.
There are no helps or hints - this game is made for those who like a doable challenge and who hate to be spoon fed.
I hope for more in the future.
I recommend this game!

I honestly wasn't too sure about even trying this game. I am so glad I did.
It is the perfect mix of HOG and Strategy. It is a great mix so you don't get bored with the game play.
I love that you can create and somewhat individualize your character.
I will be buying this game as soon as I can.
Well worth a try. Wish more games were innovating their game play like this.
I recommend this game!

I love MCF but was a bit disappointed with this game. I guess when you put it up against the average game on Big Fish it is good but compared to the other MCF games it pales in comparison.
I found the acting terrible except the ghost patrol people who I thought were pretty good. I wished they had been a bigger part in the game.
I loved the map set up. The scenes and game play were pretty good. Tho the graphics seemed not as good as the other MCF games.
I found the story line a bit odd and the ending was very ...blah.
I would get it again becuase over all compared to some of the other games on Big Fish it was okay but a let down from MCF's high bar.
I recommend this game!

This is not the worst game I have ever played.
I believe if this game could be remade with better graphics and sound it could be a winner. However as it is...not so much.
The graphics make it very difficult to find certain objects.Let alone get immersed into the game enviroment.
No voice over which is a big minus in my book. Especially with so much dialog.
I liked the interface and I liked the start of the story.
Unfortunately I had to walk away from the game becuase the graphics were so off putting.
as it is- I do not recommend this game.

What can I say other than loved this game.
The art and voice overs were excellent.
The story line had a little twist.
My only issue would be sometimes I had to click on somethings in the HOG scenes a couple of times to get it to read.
A very good length game. Too many times have I tried a demo and bought the game to find out I had maybe 30 minutes of game play left.
The puzzles are good and different.
A nice spooky atmosphere too enjoy yourself in.
I would recommend this game!

I could not even finish the demo.
The graphics were too off putting.
The voice acting was okay.
The Find scenes - i wouldn't really call them HOS. The were very old school.
In fact everything graphically about this game was old school.
I am not into romance games but this seemed to have a interesting storyline I just couldn't push through.
This particular game seems to have a fan base but I don't think they will win too many new people with this particular game.
I wouldn't recommend this.

Demo-
I played the 60 minutes and was amused but not challenged.
The story line has been done before with different mechanics but honestly what hasn't been done before? Seemed to be doing it well tho.
The graphics were very well done. A little mix of live action with animation but found it odd that they would animate an live action actor in dialog.
The HOG were a bit messy but interesting to look at. Details of movement with in the HOG adds a very nice touch. It gave depth to the scene.
Not much in the way of puzzles. Well at least in the first 60 minutes.
VERY easy game. No thinking required.
I did get a little confused as to where i needed to go but the trusty hint button was able to point me the way.
I would say cute game for a lazy day.
Not sure I would spend the money on the CE.
I would say take the time to play the demo and see what you think.
I recommend this game!

HOGs were good not over crowded but there were a few items I would have never found without the hint button.
Puzzles were pretty good but admittedly most were not a matter of thinking through but trial and error.
The art and sound was 9 out of ten. The mix of real life with the game was done fairly well.Although I just don't understand why the chose to animate the ghost instead of using a real actor. It kinda ruined the flow of the cinema for me.*loved the Imp and the little girl.
The voice acting was perfect.
The story line was pretty good better than most.
The ending was a bit odd and abrupt.
Over all a decent length of a game.
You will need to use the hint button to find your way around tho. I found myself on more than one occasion 'well, where do I go now?' Thank goodness it doesn't have to recharge for that.
But loved being able to get 'lost' in the environment. Lots of little touches that made the game a fuller experience.
I will be looking for their next game.
I recommend this game!

I loved the first Shiver game so I decided to give this one a try.
I found that it lived up to the first game in terms of graphics and sound.
I did not get into the storyline too much in the demo but seemed relatively interesting.
I think this a pretty average game with the HOG and Mini Games. I found the mini games a bit easy.
I am a little disappointed after the first Shiver but compared to most games it is pretty good.
I would recommend this game and I plan to purchase it.

This is a very beautiful game but way too easy.
I was disappointed that there was no voice overs.
However the sound effect (clicking/object finds) were nice and not annoying or ear piercing like some games.
I found the HOG and Mini games not challenging at all. It was a very standard game with the same 'find your love' plot and the 'Ice Witch Queen' has been done a lot as well.
This is a decent time killer but not much for a challenge.
I don't recommend this game.
