This was my first HOG a few years back; now I'm addicted. I adore the Agatha Christie books so a game centered around it seemed like an obvious choice. Even though it's a lot different than the style of HOG I play now i.e Puppetshow etc. I still have a special place for these games.
I love the subtlety of the HOS and the gameplay. Even though they change the story from the actual book it's still a good one. This is much more a HOG then puzzles or anything else and out of all the HOG I play it's the hardest in terms of finding things.
I recommend this game!

Overall I really like the Agatha Christie HOG's. They're a very different format then other HOG's I play which are more strategic and interactive but I like it all the same. It's relaxing and interesting and as I am a huge fan of the books I enjoy seeing characters come to life; even if they change the story a bit.
In this game I LOVE the 20's flair and style in graphics and I really enjoy the vintage feel of these games.
I recommend this game!

!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Amazing! The developers were genius to change it up and have you work with Felicia and go back in time to change the past. This presented a unique twist and also introduced a new villain- genius! This is definitely my favorite of the series thus far. It had a lot more of figuring out things than just HOS's and puzzles which I liked and as always with these games, beautiful graphics. These games stand out from every other type of HOG game I've played.
Collector's Editions for this game are always, always worth it to me.
I'm seriously completely in your hands. Make as many chapters to this story as possible and I will buy the CE of them all.
I recommend this game!

Well, of course I had to get the sequel to my favorite HOG!
The sequel was great and I liked how it really opened up the locations and had so many completely different scenes and places. Introducing it in Collector's Edition was the best! I love the extra level and all those graphics and music; but I'm also a huge dork.
Again, I really can't say enough about the stunning artwork in these games and the detail in the HOS. I found the puzzles a little easier in this one but finding and figuring out how objects worked harder, so an even trade.
I just love these games!
I recommend this game!

I had been away from my obsession for awhile and then gotten back on with "Return to Joyville" and then saw that I had missed a game. Whoops! So I had to go back and get it. I found this one the hardest out of any of them, but the story was less intriguing. It kind of petered out a bit and was just, oh, Felecia is doing the crystal thing again. But still amazing graphics, love the interactive HOS's and the twist at the end of the bonus level.
Collector's edition for this game are always worth it to me because I couldn't stand not knowing the real end of the story and since I love the design so much I love having wallpapers and the music.
I recommend this game!

This was the second HOG I played, and the first that involved puzzles. I was immediately gripped by the graphics, costume and character design and as well by the macob theme. It's one of those games you play straight through beginning to end. Soon as the next one came out I had to get it as well.
I recommend this game!
