I love mahjong and I love Christmas. Each year around this time I begin looking for a Christmas game. When I read the reviews on this one I almost was sold except for the negative comments regarding the timer.
After much consideration I decided to give this game a try and am very pleased I did. I am moving along just fine. Not getting all stars which is fine with me since I go for entertainment value and not the competitive value.
There are two other types of tiles that can be chosen instead of the Christmas tiles.
What I like is that I am able to complete each game. Usually when there is a clock involved I don't make it and have long since given up on these type of games since they do not meet the relaxing value I look for in a game break.
So far all the clock is for is to earn a third gold star.
This is fine with me since I am an average and maybe less than average player who is grateful when the timer is not a game breaker.

I encourage you to give this one a chance and see for yourself. I am glad I did.
