Really disappointed by the big glitch with updating the kitchen. Overall it was okay, but the story line was not up to the usual levels that really get you involved. I was so excited to see a new on in the series, and I certainly did not hate it.

I am not sure if these are still as a function of Covid, but it is frustrating to pay for the CE and not get some of the features. This one glitches for me on level and I cannot complete the final bonus. I wish they could address these glitches as this developer always adds a little something new without abandoning what we love so much about the games.
I cannot finish level 5 because the person will not pick up the box. This is one of my absolute favorites of the series, but what it he point of paying extra for the collector's edition when they do no work? This would go higher if it worked all the way through.

There was a lot of disappointment with the last Delicious game and I think it was because they were working on this game. I am note sure for someone younger who does not remember watching the show that it would be as relevant. For someone like me, the fact that they used the same characters is fantastic.
You are seeing a lot of people say disable the laugh track...ok, I kept it but turned it down. It reminds me of those old sitcoms. As with all games from Delicious, this is not the most difficult TM game, but the story line keeps me involved and makes me more motivated to finish levels. This time they let you buy different costumes for the mouse, which I kind of liked. There are no minigames, but I can take or leave those.
Overall, this was highly enjoyable and I recommend, especially if you have played and liked any of the other delicious series games.
As many people have mentioned, not the best in the series, but those of us addicted to the story line still cannot resist. They just had an update, but I had already finished the game, so not sure what all that entailed. The mechanics were okay, but yes, people could not line up at the register. The side games were not great and all of the levels were super easy. The decorating the nursery was not good. The off shoots of this game have gotten much better and there was just nothing unique or special, except for the story line. This family deserves more. I still had to give it four stars, because it is not awful. I just miss the creativity and the challenges. If you have not done the doctor, fashion, or vet games by same company..do those first.
I recommend this game!

Many initial review of this game were harsh. Considering the lack of any time management games lately I finally just bought it. It is very similar in many ways as expected to the original but I really thought they made some great small changes that were more than I expected. it was more fluid and the story line was kind of cute. If you are looking for something brand new never seen before..move on. If you liked the originals, I think you will find this the best of the lot. I giggled at times and really liked the game play. So far they have added portals, you wave over the money instead of clicking it, and the bank automatically collects the money. I am really glad I got this games.
I recommend this game!

I love time management games and have played the majority of them. Lately, I feel there has been a gap in true quality time management games, but this one fills that gap. It seems similar to others, and I suppose the game play is, but it kept me entertained longer than any other game in years. The story line was great, graphics awesome. It was challenging without being impossible, and the levels changed enough to keep me interested without reinventing the games. It is similar to royal envoy and the like with wood, stones, food, etc. The game was responsive with no lags and I have absolutely no complaints. 50 levels is a lot and I would estimate between 5-7 minutes to get gold on most levels with several at 10 minutes.
I recommend this game!

I know many people loved this, and it is quite different from some others. The HOS are very weird and are parts of items, not actual items. You can actually guess at the items and get about 90% of them without look at inventory which to me defeats the whole purpose. The story line is interesting although predictable. The graphics are wonderful. The play of the game is laborious. You have to switch among 50 or so screens which annoys me. The map does not tell you where there is an activity to be done and you have to remember the first screen half way through the game.
This one just did not do a whole lot for me.
I don't recommend this game.

I loved this game thoroughly. The hidden object had a twist where you actually had to take objects on some occasions and put them in to the scene. The graphics were excellent, the story line a little more original and the interactive play was great. This game had a map that allows you to go directly to your scene which is important to me. My only complaint is that the minigames were a bit confusing, but I am not a real fan of the mingames anyway. They were very was to skip.
This game was even better than Atlantis made by the same company.
I recommend this game!

I really enjoyed playing this game however I did find that there were very few actual hidden object elements in this game. The game was clever with great graphics. The use of the crystal was a nice new twist without taking away from the rest of the game. The only real issue I had was with a few of the many games. In full disclosure I'm not a fan of the many games anyway but some of these were extremely weird to figure out. I enjoyed though that this one had the map that let you go to the direct rail where there was an objective.
