Looked like fun and tried a bit of demo. Saw absolutely no morphs or collection pieces in scenes but thought probably because was in demo mode. Purchased because of good reviews and promo price. Still do not find any of the morphs/pieces to collect, and yes, I am usually quite adept at doing so. Maybe something wrong with download. Anyway, tired of it for now. Phooey.
After investigating a series of ritual murders on the foggy streets of London, detective James Voodoo discovers a supernatural conspiracy on a global scale.

WAS EXCITED TO SEE THE GOOD REVIEWS FOR AN SE SO DOWNLOADED THE DEMO.
QUIT AFTER 15 MINUTES INTO THE DEMO. CONFUSING, JERKY, AND SLOW, SLOW, SLOW. I NEVER COULD GET THE NAVIGATION UNDER CONTROL EVEN USING JUST THE PLAIN CURSOR.
Love, love this game. The graphics and variety of hidden object quests, puzzles (which I generally despise but did play some of these!) are fabulous. Never boring and quite long. I usually do not play games in one sitting and like to come back to a game and not be confused. This one is easy to navigate AND re-visit. Also, the hint buttons can be set to almost "immediate" which I find to be a real plus. The collectible eye symbol and some of the hidden object searches take a bit of keen eyesight and some are challenging. I have not played the "extras" so cannot comment on those. Thanks developers.
Delighted this game pleases so many. The graphics are nice and the story line so-so BUT! There are way too few hidden object searches, too many puzzles to solve and far too much jumping about from scene to scene. Do NOT purchase until you try the demo. I got very tired of the game and quit.
Understand that this review is based on playing only the demo. Stunning images....absolutely beautiful graphics.....but tedious game play for me. Strongly dislike the type of hidden object scenes I encountered. Hate putting together tiny little pieces to create a full object. Not clever and not fun. For those who DO like this type of play, game will be a winner. The crescent moon collectibles are too obvious to make trying to find them a challenge. Hate puzzles as a rule, and the ones here are pretty much the usual "skip, skip, skip" for me.
Pretty scenes but slow moving. I found very unexciting and with far too many tedious mini games and not enough hidden object pursuits. Apparently a number of players prefer this type of game. Just not for me.
Perhaps the best hidden object fun I've experienced.....unique. Now, if someone would please tell me where the morphing objects are, I would be thrilled. They are supposedly in the HO searches BUT....I sure haven't seen any!
Without warning, a group of mysterious figures arrives and reduces your village to flames and rubble. What do they want... and who is controlling them?
Played the demo. Beautiful graphics! Unusual hidden object scenes and some different little mini games/puzzles. That being said, the game is soooooooo slow and too much back and forth action. Made me kind of dizzy! I felt confused several times and didn't understand the story progression. Delighted that so many people like the game but don't think is a buy for me.
Played the demo (which was much too short) and will purchase when a "special" deal is offered. Very lovely both in art work and story. Lot's of variety in the Hidden Object scenes and in the little puzzles.
If you love beautiful graphics and lots and lots of varied hidden object scenes, you will like this game. Way too many puzzles for me (as usual) but I actually found myself solving a few of them.....rather unique. Wish the game were longer. Hated for it to end. Extras of morphing objects and collectible puzzle pieces are there if one wants to bother. I did but did not do the jigsaw puzzles at the end of the game. Boring but must do to get into extras. May do later.
