I keep hoping, I keep demo-ing every MCF game. To be disappointed time and again. MCF is gone, don't try to revive it with these horrible games you poop out of your cookie cutter game machine

Yes it is a completely new gameplay for this series. And like some already suggested, maybe a new game serie would have been better. But if you give it good try, and don't give up before you played a few levels, you will learn that it is a very challenging and entertaining game.
I love the Emergy Calls where you have to decide what kind of team you will send. This game makes you think. It is not simply gathering materials and building stuff. YOU need to THINK!!! And I know that some of you won't like that. Because games should be mind numbing so that you can play like a houseplant.
Like in real life, you need to keep your skills up A-level to pass in this well crafted game.

Kudos for Dragonseye Studio. This is how a HOPA should be. Challenging, out of the box thinking and no holding hands or an annoying helper. On the other hand, I do understand the 1 star reviews. There are a lot of peeps on BFG that can only understand and comprehend the cookie cutter games that come out of the daily mill of the big developer studios. I am not such person. I love the be challenged in my games. I love that I get the urge to look in the guide (but won't do because where is the challenge then?) Please don't buy without demo-ing the game. Make sure YOU are the challenging type of person this game needs.
What I don't understand are the 1 star reviews over technical issues. Come on guys and girls. Let's keep this fair and only write a review about game content. It is not the developers that you don't have your computer up to date for running the latest standard games
Don't be fooled by all the negative comments of the "I need a guide" players

Finally, a game without finding shards to construct a mirror. Without being taken by the hand and led to the finale. A game that needs you to use your brain and intellect.
Very in line with the award winning My Brother Rabbit.
Certainly not for the more brain dead, cookie cutter game players. If you are in for a real challenge, this is your adventure game.

I really like this game, it is so challenging to play and totally not what I expected. It took me a two/three chapters to get the hang of it. And replayed the chapters after I understood what the game wants me to do. Only thing I don't like is the "spoken" language. It would be nice if the characters would have been muted during the introduction/ending of every chapter. Please bring us more of this kind of games and stop trying to feed us the cookie cutter games.
Nothing new, still very challenging. No beginners game

Based on completing game and bonus level on Normal (all level three stars):
I loved this game, it is very challenging even for die hard TM players. I had to replay several levels to get my three star rating in the complete game. Bonus levels were a bit too easy for my taste.
The game is self explanatory, you are guided to the higher levels as you play along.
Even if there is nothing new in this game, I don't mind, I love playing games like this one (and the others in the serie)
First of all; I find it very odd that reviews that are really technical issues are accepted as 1 star review. Because this game is awesome. Like every installment of this serie. No technical issues on my side, game works like clockwork. Fun factor is very high. For TM lovers this one is again a must have. Level of Challenge in Normal Mode is high, I had to play some levels several times to get the Gold Star.
Since I played the demo of part 2 of this serie, I have been waiting with great anticipation. I really love playing this one. If you like TM games, this is imho a must-have.
I leave the more elaborate reviews to the better English writers and fellow TM fans like Joybelle. But I assure you, you will not be disappointed.
