I enjoy hidden object games and My Lovely Pets is a good combination of hidden objects and puzzle scenes without the story.
There is plenty to do here and a lot of gameplay. As a collector's edition, there are a lot of perks, such as buying animals in a pet shop, wallpapers, etc. There are a variety of games and puzzles so it isn't redundant.
The level of challenge really depends on your skill set. It's not so easy that you can walk through each scene; in my opinion it's a moderate challenge for beginners to experts. The graphics are good and it's a pleasant way to just enjoy a hidden object game without a story.
The only thing that i didn't care for is the music. It's awful. I would tell developers that for these kinds of games, relaxing music would be more suitable instead of the bombastic tunes they choose.
Try the demo first to be sure you enjoy the game before purchase. I enjoyed it very much and would recommend to all.
I recommend this game!

I should say first that time management games are not my forte. I usually play hidden object games, but I want to expand my gaming to other genres. I saw the launch of Elven Rivers and decided to give it a try.
I really liked it! The graphics were very colorful and well done. The story was easy to follow, even though this is a sequel. They laid the ground work so I got the gist of the plot. The instructions were clear on what to do and I choose a beginners level that explained the game very well.
This game was a good game to get my feet wet on time management and it was fun to play. The only thing that I don't care for is something I find in many games: not enough variety in the background music. Grrr. Developers need to expand their music capabilities to more than a 10 second loop. But I can overlook this because all the other perks in the game make up for this one little thing.
I enjoyed this game very much and would recommend to all.
I recommend this game!

Finding America: The West is similar in format to the Cruise Ship and Park Adventure Games. The good news is that there are many options to custom make games for your skill level and preferences.
There is tons of content in this game, so you will get your money's worth. Hidden objects, mini games, fun facts about the American West, downloadable pictures and more. This would be a good educational game for elementary students to learn about the The West and have fun at the same time.
The level of challenge ranges from easy to hard depending on the difficulty a player selects and the goal of each scene. The magnifier is necessary for objects hidden deep inside the picture. Unfortunately, the music is terrible, repetitive, and starts to become grating after a short time. It also sounds familiar; I know I've heard it in similar games before. Sigh.
It's not a bad game, but it doesn't stand out. There are many other games just like this one. If you are a fan of the series, then you need this for your collection. I will recommend the game because it's not awful, but I can take it or leave it.
I recommend this game!

My Hobby: Needlework is a variation of the paint-by-numbers games. If your hobby is needlepoint, this game is for you. The player can choose from a variety of pictures and complete them with colored spools of thread that are numbered to correspond with the pictures.
On the plus side, there are a variety of pictures to choose from and tools to help complete the picture. It's a simple game as there are only a few settings and easy instructions.
On the negative side, the graphics are dull and the boxes are super small. Unless you are into needlepoint as a hobby, there is no fun factor in my opinion. I do counted cross stitch, but I didn't find this game particularly fun. The challenge level is high due to the tedious work it takes to complete a picture.
I would recommend if you are a needlepoint enthusiast. But for others, the negatives outweigh the positives for me, so I wouldn't recommend, but try the demo if you are curious and decide if it's worth the investment. This just wasn't for me.
I don't recommend this game.

So Much Stuff 2 is a puzzle lover's dream. There's a variety of puzzles for everyone, from jigsaw, matching, find the difference, etc. The puzzle pictures are grouped by topic and the graphics are clear and beautiful. There are plenty of tools to use if you get stuck and the level of challenge varies on your skill set. I don't do as well with jigsaw as I do with other kinds of puzzles, so I look at those as a harder challenge for me, which isn't a bad thing. Always room to learn and hone my skills on the puzzles I'm not as good at.
The music becomes a bit tedious as it is short and looped, so you hear the same tunes over and over, so that's a bit of a bummer, but not a deal breaker.
There is no story line, just good fun! Collect your achievements and enjoy! I'd recommend for players of all skills levels.
I recommend this game!

I stumbled onto the Vermillion Watch series by accident and I'm so glad I did! It fills the space Mystery Case Files used to fill. It is a solid, fun game that has everything done well.
You feel like you are in 1890s London with the fog, dampness, black carriages and the clip-clop of horses hooves. The graphics are terrific. There are characters to interact with and the voiceoveres are convincing.
The story line is a gothic mix of historic characters, wolves, and scientists vying for control. The level of gameplay ranges from easy to hard, so there's something for everyone.
This is the kind of game that we all look for: solid, well done, interesting, and fun. This game deserves 5 stars. I highly recommend to everyone.

A Trail of Breadcrumbs is a sophisticated story of Hansel and Gretel. It has a paranormal background where the characters have access to crystals and amulets. Gretel is transported back to her hometown, where Hansel is the leader of the witch hunters. The town is trying to protect itself from the hexes of the witches, and that's where the story begins.
This game is really fun! This collectors addition has the morphing objects and collectibles to search for. The characters interact with you and the voiceovers are done very well. The challenge level is easy to moderate. I would recommend for players of all skill levels. The story line is easy to follow and is a paranormal take on the old fable.
This game is very solid. Compared to other story games, this one checks all the boxes and is worthy of five stars. I highly recommend, but try the demo first to be sure you enjoy it, too.
I recommend this game!

Just Find It is a simple game, but players will find that it has a high level of challenge. There are a lot of pictures and puzzles to choose from, from spot the difference, to taking a picture square and finding it in the bigger picture, to matching with layers.
The picture quality is good. There are soundtracks to choose from for the music; however, mine didn't seem to work even though my settings were all on. I didn't fault the game for this and 4 stars doesn't reflect the absence of music.
Hidden Object/puzzle games I believe are a matter of preference. If you like a simple, no-nonsense game, Just Find It is for you. Play the demo first so you can see what you'll be getting. I would recommend this game for all skill levels.
I recommend this game!

This is the first time I've ever played a demo and turned it off after about 5 minutes. Hidden Object/story games are the games I play the most. There is nothing about this game that is pleasing or fun.
The story is hard to follow and uninteresting. The graphics are average. There are too many distractions, including a big yellow graphic about passing each level dropping down after completing a scene. This was a deal breaker for me. Completely unnecessary. Just keep the story going.
Whoever green lighted this game should be re-programmed on what makes a memorable, interesting and fun game. This isn't it. One star. And that's being generous.
I don't recommend this game.

All of my ratings are "okay". Everything was just...okay. I enjoy these kinds of card games. For me, the title is just the decor for the game. The player plays solitaire at different levels with spooky music and alchemist backgrounds.
I found the level of challenge easy and sometimes when you play one of these, you play them all. That being said, once you get into the game, you can't help but get a little addicted to passing each level and get a perfect score. There's nothing wrong with mindless play from time to time. But there are no bells and whistles with this game. It's just...okay.
Three stars in my opinion. Don't purchase until you've played the demo to see if it's a game you want to invest in.
I don't recommend this game.
