I bought "Witches' Legacy: Rise of the Ancient" about 3 years ago after reading the positive reviews and "played at it " on and off between other games but always quit & I finally deleted it from my " Un- Played Folder" .
I have a few of the other in the series but simply could not get into mixing potions and the cloudy graphics.
I put this one in my "no-like" list/folder, sorry.

This was quite simply a pleasant game all around from story-line, graphics, sounds to gameplay and mechanics.
More complete reviews so well written by my Fellow Fishies are what convinced me to by this game and I spent several hours simply not rushing to finish it. I did skip several mini-games only because I enjoy playing the HOGS more. ; )
Because I so much enjoyed seeing some characters from other games I am giving this one a **** 4 out of ***** 5 on my personal enjoy-ability list : )

I tried so hard to like and enjoy this one but the quality I look for went straight downhill as the game progresses and I could not force myself to finish , sooooooooo I QUIT halfway through.
I played the trial and it seemed to be a promising new CE for my collection but with way tooo many "mini-games " and not enough staying in one place long enough to have actual gameplay, Back n Forth &To & Fro & more to&frowing essentially took the fun out of this for me plus it appears to be getting darker scenes for finding the morphs : /
Please note that I do not like to write negative reviews but also do not like buying a CE and getting turned off the more I play to the point of quitting the game : X

This little game has been in my GM since 06/01/16 and I just got around to playing it.
I rather enjoyed playing it especially it had the old ERS sounds that are enjoyed. The graphics were ahead of their time in my opinion : )
& all the rest of it was enjoyable.

I found this game not to be too long or too short with good graphics, sound, hog scenes and mini-games and a fairly good story-line, also so was the bonus chapter.
The only negative I found was the "HINT" button was a little too
prominent and too easy to hit accidently : /

I really enjoy these Mediterranean Journey games but get frustrated when according to the map I have completes it. I so like finding the GPS & Hearts plus the Gold coins but it seems that this Developer just can't or won't just say "Game Completed, thank you for playing our game"
I am giving this a *** 3 out of ***** 5 on my personal enjoy=ability list, just because of what I said above.

I usually try to spend my PCC's on games I'm not too sure about but want to try a new { for me } series. Not looking at the date of this ones release (2018 I think) I gave it a try.
For me just the huge numbers of Mini-games ruined it and I ended up clicking through most of them.
If you like fairly simple Minis and perhaps have a spare PCC to use I suggest you give this on a try.

Somehow this one got started but never finished (I played "Park Ranger 11 but forgot to finish this one until today,) & I still liked it :)

Please don't let my like/not-like of this game affect your opinion of giving it a try, it just was not my cuppa-cuppa & it's just not possible for most of us to love every game : (
The graphics, colors and music/sound were very good but story line wasn't to my liking & found myself clicking my way through just to finish it { I have to admit I did not play the full trial, only a few of it .

After reading the so well written Reviews about this beauty, I fully agree : )
I found this a wonderful & relaxing game to play and truly wish Friendly Fox would make more seafaring games since they did such a beautiful creative job with this one : )
The graphics, sounds and story-line all pull it together and am so glad I got the CE : ) and did not wait for the SE to come out.
Please give this beauty a try if you like games about the high seas, you just may like it : )
